Aaron, who met us at the stoop of his place, was an excellent host. He gave us the lay of the land, but was equally as interested in meeting us.
His home was small but beautiful and clean. His enthusiasm for his neighborhood was infectious. Coming back to his place after a long day of running around the city felt like coming home. It was like a big, "ahhhhh. we can relax."
Aaron embodies the best about Airbnb. It's like finding a new friend who's letting you stay in their place for a reasonable fee. It's about finding someone who knows about their neighborhood to tell you all the cool spots (and what places to avoid).
Aaron was a great, straightforward and very communicative host. His flat is very comfortable and in a great location to explore Brooklyn and beyond. We'll definitely recommend it to friends and family
Aaron was a fantastic host, and our experience in talking to him is that he's genuinely interested in the people he meets and the world he travels. He made everything about our stay super easy!! Communication and coordination were seamless due to his efficiency and organization. His apartment was ideal - eclectic and simple. Clean lines, cozy and comfortable. It's also incredibly close to the subway and citibike stations. Even though I'm pretty familiar with Boerum Hill, it's more quaint and charming with every visit. There always seems to be a hundred more restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, etc. etc. to explore. After spending time in the city, the neighbourhood and Aaron's apartment were both quiet respites to come home to. Pete and I would love to come back soon!!
Aaron was a great host! He was super responsive to all of my stupid questions, and was really friendly too. The apartment is really nice: well designed, very clean, sunny, quiet, and a pretty good size for NYC. It's also a good location for getting all around the city. I highly recommend this place.
