Welcome to Denver! We love hosting travelers in the 900 sq/ft basement unit of our home!

Our duplex consists of an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit. Your unit has a locked door and does not have any shared spaces. There is a shared entryway with a laundry room (that you are welcome to use!)

There is street parking available in front and on surrounding blocks.

The space
Your host, Brenda, lives in the upstairs unit with a separate entrance.

You will have access to the basement unit of our home.

2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The kitchen contains a fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and other amenities. There is no oven, but there is a burner for cooking in a pan.

We have set up a cozy "smoking area" just outside the entrance as we do not allow smoking of any kind in the house.

Guest access
You will enter through a shared entryway with a keypad, go down a few stairs, and find the entrance to your private unit. There are no shared spaces in your unit.

There is a door with a washer and dryer just outside your unit by the stairs.

We have two outdoor areas for you to use for smoking or relaxing. One is just outside the entrance and the other is in the front yard (photos in the patio section).

Other things to note
Street parking is readily available in front of the home and on surrounding blocks. There are some parking restrictions, but they are easy to navigate if you read the parking signs. (feel free to ask if you have question about parking).

The kitchen contains a fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and other amenities. There is no oven, but there is a burner for cooking in a pan.
