2. This is a quiet residential area. We ask that you respect our neighbours by being conscious of your noise level in the house. (We have neighbours immediately adjoining our house on each side) Parties, loud music or excessive noise are absolutely forbidden.
3. Smoking is not permitted in the house.

To go along with a simply amazing home, was an amazing host! Shaun has every detail covered that is important to make a vacation in Ireland comfortable and stress free. He went out of his way to accommodate our large group and all guests were impressed. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one!
Sean, thanks so much for the use of your home. We had a great stay and it worked perfectly for our family vacation. The proximity to Howth and city center was great. We hope to come again!
This was our first Air bnb experience and I have to say we chose well. I had lots of questions when booking and Shaun always answered in a timely manner, which was great. Shaun was a great host, and the house is a 5 minute walk to the dart. That takes you to the centre of dublin for 6 euro return and takes 20 mins. So not in the hustle and bustle but so easy to get to it!
Would recommend. Thanks Shaun!
Great location and hosts!
Hosts: Shaun was very responsive and flexible with our arrival and departure. Very responsive and proactive checking in on how we were doing.
Location: Great location for exploring Dublin. DART station a short walk away and easy ride downtown. Elphin's pub nearby walking distance. Howth was a nice treat, a nearby town with pier and waterfront. You could take the DART there or it is a short car drive. ( Take the scenic route - you will see a sign)
Very comfortable townhouse. 10 minutes walk to DART that takes you to Dublin in 25 minutes. If you have time - visit Howth (peninsula 10 min away by car) for a meal and a nice stroll.
Shaun was very helpful. He made sure that we got everything that we would need for a pleasant stay.
The reservation was canceled 22 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
