This is a great apartment in the heart of Yerevan, there are a lot of things around to explore. The place was amazingly nice, new built, with a lot of amenities. Very nice view balcony which you can enjoy, bathrooms and beds are sparkling clean. Highly recommended.

Be aware of construction noise . Apartment is large and clean . The sofa in the pictures dose not represent what is in the room, apears very used and though. AIr conditioning is in perfect condition. Do not expect any view as the new 20 stroy building is samk in your balcony…
