  • Excellent location for a good price, close to the Canal Street subway station, walking in Soho, TriBeCa and more, we enjoyed in NYC, big thanks to Mike, everything was OK, very good communication, no problems with neighbors... love to come back, Chinese cuisine and massages were excellent, hockey and musicals are also great! Visit the Botanical Gardens in the Bronx was a small adventure:-) Come to NYC and get to know this city!

  • We just came home from a six night stay in New York in Mike's apartment. We were six staying there so it was a bit crowded but it went really well though! The location is convenient and the beds really nice and comfortable. If we had a problem, Mike would respond immediately and fix it! Thank you!!

  • Mike was the perfect host who makes your trip easier. He reached out to me a few times before the actual trip to send timely reminders, and sent me useful links to great deals for sightseeing etc. his apartment is convincingly located next to many major subway lines. My parents and I had a comfortable stay at this place.

  • We booked Mike's place for a week in Jan and really enjoyed staying there, as the apt was exactly as we expected.

  • the apartment is great, it has everything you need, it's kinda small, but very confortable. The subway is just 3 blocks away, which is great if you don't have a car.
I would definitely go there again, thanks Mike for everything!

  • Great apartment, very well located in the middle of China Town and very close to Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, and other attractions! The metro was also very close by! The apartment was clean and comfortable! I would recommend it!

  • Mike's apartment was exactly what we needed for this trip - it was close to a subway stop and only a 15 minute walk to the local Whole Foods. the "6" subway line took me straight to Grand Central Station which is where my business meetings were. we liked having the bedroom separate from the living room so our kids could nap, plus it was literally half the price of the hotel i normally use in midtown. what's not to like about that? :-)

Mike had lots of useful advice about getting around the area plus to and from the airport. he was a great introduction to Airbnb!

  • We had a wonderful time. The apartment served us well. We especially enjoyed the extremely comfortable beds after returning from our travels around the city. The wifi was speedy and helped us plan our days. The location was great, in the heart of Chinatown with multiple subway stops (for different lines) within four or five blocks. Little Italy was only a few blocks away.

Walking out into Chinatown was almost like walking into a city in China (except there are signs in English on most shops). The world changed abruptly just a few blocks away and across the street where Little Italy starts.

We had two fabulous meals in the area. One at Shanghai 456 just a few doors down and the other at Il Palazzo several blocks away in Little Italy.

Mike stayed in touch, but we didn't need him. Overall quite a good place to stay.

  • Mike is a perfect host. Aĺl informations we were needed, answers we had.
The apt is like descrided ; clean, cosy and useful for a family. Amenities, beds and furnitures available.
Close to subway station (10 mns by walk) with connection with line 6. R,Q,N, very useful to moving in Manhattan (TIme Square, Battery Park, Fifth ave, etc, etc),15 mns by walk for Brookling Bridge.
If I have to advice one of my friend or family, I will give them this adress.
Mike, let´s go in this way.
I hope to come back in NYC. Surely, I will contact you.
    Best regards
