The Parsley Farm is a cozy little farmhouse built in the 1900´s. It lies 400 meters from one of the best beaches on Moen Island and only 15 kilometers from the famous Moens Klint (the cliffs). 3 kilometers from one of the most beautiful golf courses in Denmark.
There are three bedrooms, the Farmboy´s room (double bed), the Maiden`s room (single bed) and Grandma´s room (twin beds). The bedrooms are next to a combination lounge, dining room and kitchenette. There is a shared bath and two bathrooms.
Breakfast consists, among other things, of tea, coffee, organic vegetable and fruit juices, homemade bread, homemade marmalade and locally cultivated honey. Breakfast is self-made and at your disposal whenever you like.
The Parsley farm puts a premium on peace and relaxation. Therefore you will find no TV, wi-fi or radio in the rooms, but you will find many books and games. On top of that you can book a massage by the hostess, who is an authorized physiotherapist.
We stayed only 1 night at Annette's place but it was enough to really enjoy it: the beach is very beautiful and wild, the house is full of history and very well arranged. Annette is a very helpful and sweet person.
Cerise sur le gâteau: elle parle très bien français

Annette is a very friendly host. She's very enthousiastic and ready to help.
She even offered a small gift to our 2 years old son.
Her farm is a very quiet place with beach at only 400m and surrounded by fields.
The room is basic but comfortable.
The shared bathroom is clean.
The breakfast is homemade (marmelade, juice, bread) and (email hidden) to stay.
A lovely little BnB on a beautiful island. Only stayed for one night but definitely would of liked to stay longer. Annette is super friendly, she greeted us with big smiles and a glass of home made elderflower juice. It's a nice little set up with central lounge area and kitchenette. Breakfast was self serve and a lovely array of home made bread, cheeses, spreads and freshly made (website hidden) is very comfortable and clean. There is a nice beach at the end of her street and it is a short drive to the cliffs. She was also very easy to communicate with before our stay and accommodating with our check in and departure.
This farmhouse is located within walking distance to the sea. The let is arranged like a small apartment, with a couple of bedrooms off the shared dining / living / kitchen and shower room. It is part of a very large farm house which is slowly being sorted out. The whole place has amazing potential. Annette gave us interesting breakfast of home made juices (veggies and fruit) and home made bread with sausage and cheese and interesting jams and local honey
The nearby beach is very attractive and quiet. It is a mixture of sand and large pink pebbles dotted around and very pretty. We were on a cycling holiday and managed to get round most of the island from Annettes place, which is in the middle of the southern side. Mon is a stunning island, incredible cliffs and forests on the east and pretty harbours and villages everywhere. In Klimthavn we found some wonderful artists studios. The island has lots of ancient neolithic tombs, which are a definite must to see. Check out the extraordinary construction techniques of the ancients. There are also several wonderful churches with 16th C frescoes, more than the guide books tell you. You could spend a couple of weeks here and keep busy. We thoroughly recommend Annettes place.
What a lovely relaxed part of Denmark. A little bit of seaside paradise within a short distance from Copenhagen. The building is a converted farmhouse and sits about 400 meters from the sea. The room we stayed in was nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Annette made us a very special breakfast with juice consisting of many vegetables and fruits. The next morning we rented bicycles and rode to the west of the island to visit the white cliffs. We passed green fields of immature wheat that looked out to the sea. I would recommend it to anyone looking for quite time in a picturesque part of the Danish countryside.
