Ideally located quietly in the popular Allée des Fleurs on the edge of the 9-hole golf course with sea view, while being in the heart of the exceptional holiday village of Cap Esterel -Pierre et Vacances, village without cars, which offers all the activities to spend an exceptional holiday: water park with slide, heated swimming pool, wave pool and other swimming pools, spa, 9-hole golf, tennis, shops, restaurants, free entertainment program, mini golf, and 40 activities in total (some paying).
The beach is close to the village and you can also go hiking in the beautiful Esterel massif from your accommodation or take the coastal trails where the red rocks plunge directly into the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean.
Depending on the season, the free little train will take you to the Dramont beach.
Pools, shops and entertainment are open from April to the end of October.

Bed linen and towels are not included, if you wish you can rent them at the rate of 20€/person, from our local agent by making the request no later than 48 hours before your arrival.

For the good form two cheques of deposit not cashed will be asked to you on your arrival: 300€ for the apartment and 120€ for the cards of swimming pools (in season).
