Interaction with Guests

I am a fashion designer working in the city- I have a pretty full schedule with work and other activities so I am often out and about, but if you want to chat or get some tips about the area, I will be happy to interact with you. If you are more on the private side, that is totally fine too - I want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay either way!

I have one roommate who is a fitness instructor- he is out most afternoons/ evenings teaching classes. He is also a busy person and most evenings he is out of the apartment until late.

I have two, super cute, short haired cats that live in the apartment. They are very calm and easy going, most of the time they are sleeping or hanging out in my room. They are super friendly, but if you are allergic to cats or just don't like them, then this is not the place for you!

Also, because we already have the cats, we cannot accept pet house guests (even though we love them!)

The Neighborhood

Williamsburg is one of the best areas to stay in when visiting the New York City area. There are so many amazing restaurants, bars, stores, galleries, public spaces - not to mention the waterfront with amazing views of the city. There is so much going on here and so many new things opening up that it is hard to keep track - but you will never be bored!

Getting Around

This is a thriving neighborhood featuring a large selection of local restaurants, delis, convenience store, supermarkets, laundromats, and more. Area benefits include:

•2 blocks from Grand St (L) train
•4 blocks from Graham St (L) train
•Local bus stop (in front of building)
•Ample parking spots (metered)
•Local Corner Bank (Chase)

Other Things to Note

In an effort to show respect for the building, its tenants and owners, please keep noise down and be mindful in the hallways, elevator and shared spaces.

You are welcome to use the roof and enjoy the AMAZING views of Brooklyn and Manhattan, but please respect that space also- please put trash in trash cans, and if you wanna smoke, please put cigarettes out in the sand buckets provided.

Needless to say, once inside the apartment, you have much more free range to be yourself & relax at your own leisure :)
