These newly built Stone Villa's on the island of Ithaki, are for rent. The houses are fully furnished, in a fantastic location just 5min from Poli Beach. There is a large swimming pool, with a smaller children's pool. The pool is very private toward the bottom of the property, and has the most amazing view, where one can relax and enjoy the summer sun. Villa 1 accommodates 2 -3 people. With beautiful views for you to relax during your holiday. Free wifi, private parking and luscious grass.

The space
Villa 1 is situated next to Villa 2(the bigger one) with a shared barbecue area and grass with a hammock under the big olive tree. There is lots of outside space, and having the grass is perfect for a children's play area, or just to enjoy this oasis for what it is. One can entertain guests with the barbecue area and stunning views. Below this, is the swimming pool which accommodates for both Villas. There is a large area for tanning on the sunbeds, and also a smaller children's pool alongside the large main pool. The area is peaceful and private. To the left is a more "loungey" area of the pool which is great for evening sundowners. Both villas are fully furnished, exactly the same set up and style.

Guest access
Guests are free to access all the property space around the stone houses. And parking space is available. There is also WIFI internet access.

Other things to note
Villa 1 is situated next to Villa 2 (the bigger one). Perfect for a couple to spend a lovely quiet holiday in the smaller villa. Or for two families to take both villas and have all the space shared being right next to each other. The layout is the same. Self catering kitchen and open plan lounge dining area with one bathroom and one bedroom. (for Villa 1)
