The cottage has been recently renovated and reflects the coastal charm of the local seaside community. Has a fully stocked kitchen, bath w/ heated floor and large walk in shower. The outdoor shower is an added bonus after a long day at the beach. Two swing chairs for relaxing marsh bird watching. Outdoor portable Bluetooth speaker, beach towels, kayaks, bikes, beach buggy and even a picnic basket! Everything you’ll need to create a perfect Maine beach stay

Explore our beaches, take a chartered sail at sunset, whale watch, or a scenic lobster cruise that passes by Presidents Bush's Walkers Point Estate. Close by are several award winning restaurants. Outstanding local seafood options, Steak houses to locally sourced Farm to tables as well as authentic Mexican and Thai. Check out our Cafés, Wine bars, and Craft Cocktail tasting rooms. Nightly live entertainment, locally roasted coffee houses, shops and creative boutiques are fun and interesting and truly relect our unique local vibe.
Up for adventure? Head out and explore the city of Portland. Maine's award winning "Foodie City" is a short 30 min drive north. While there explore the Portland Head light, shop and dine in the Old Port, or take in a concert on the Thompsons Waterfront Pavillion. Continuing on just an hour north brings you to the scenic coastal town of Camden. Keep heading up the coast and and hour later you'll be in the beautiful town of Bar Harbor and the home of Acadia National Park. Change direction and head South for the day brings you to our neighboring communities of Wells, Ogunquit and York. All have beaches and summer time New England family fun. Explore historic Portsmouth, NH a short 30 min drive or continue on to Boston. Our cottage is very centrally located to all the New England hot spots...you won't run out of things to do or new places to explore!!

I'm a mother of four who loves to entertain and have a houseful of folks. My kids are all are leaving the nest... sadly I’m an empty nester now. I Love to travel, explore ,cook, garden, ski, camp and spend precious time with family and friends. So happy to fill our properties with friendly travelers from all over our great nation and the world.
We have lived in Kennebunk for 29 years and have raised our family here. Our community is one that is rooted in traditional New England summers but is forever evolving. Every new season brings more award winning restaurants coffee shops and local breweries... and even a hip new bowling alley/tavern. We just seem to have our own special vibe here in the Kennbunks... can't wait to share it with you. Our beaches are AMAZING and everything is within walking distance to town. A place to relax, and explore till your hearts content.
