The apartment is set in the Southside neighborhood of Chattanooga. Walk to Erlanger Park. Restaurants, bars, and boutique shops are all minutes away by car. Drive seven minutes to visit the Tennessee Aquarium, then walk over to the Hunter Museum of American Art.

The beautiful, shared patio is located on the rooftop and has both patio furniture and bar seating, and room for plenty of privacy.
