KITCHEN & DINING

A gourmet kitchen lined in granite is sure to inspire your inner chef. Stainless appliances include a side-by-side fridge, a gas range, and a dedicated wine fridge. The island offers plenty of space for meal prep. In addition, there are a Nespresso coffee machine, a brew coffee machine, a rice cooker, an air fryer, a hand blender, lots of dishes/bowels/utensils, etc.

When it's time to eat, gather around the eight-person dining table to share your home-cooked creations. Another dining table on the patio invites alfresco meals as well as the breakfast table serving additional four people.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Four dreamy bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests in this single-story retreat.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 50” flat-screen, and direct access to the patio. Computer desk. A double vanity, walk-in shower, and a separate water closet round out the spacious en-suite master bathroom.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed, while a third guest room is furnished with a queen bed. Another bedroom features kid-friendly seating and a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin-size trundle.

The sofa bed provides extra sleeping spaces for an additional person.

Two beautifully tiled guest bathrooms provide ample room for your group to refresh. One is appointed with a walk-in shower, and the other has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Find an extra-private sanctuary in your backyard, complete with a sparkling pool and spa. There's a suite of lounge chairs and umbrellas along the pool deck, as well as a few in the water. Turn on the colorful pool lights at night.

Ten can gather at the dining table to enjoy a cookout. There's additional seating around the pool and gas fire pit.

A ping-pong table and a sandbox for the little ones offer more outdoor recreation options.

New putting greens with 5 holes and chipping areas have been added recently and you can play at night too under lighting.

Additional perks include a washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. Parking is available for a maximum of four vehicles (two in the garage and two in the driveway) and plenty of street parking in the neighborhood.

Our home is located 3 mins driving to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and 10 mins to the Coachella festival. In the Adam park (1 min walk from our place), there is a big playground and a beach volley ball park. There is a La Quinta park just 4 mins driving from our house and it has a two big baseball fields and other facilities.
