Everything was perfect. Teresa accepted my reservation which was last minute :) you will find a folder on the desk which contain all the information that you need to know. Desk was important to me since i did some work. Teresa and her husband are really nice and cute couple. Had a chat with them in the first night and it was a lovely evening. Highly recommended!
P.S: Bed sheets are clean, but a bit overused.
Teresa and Lionel were very welcoming! Room looked exactly like the pics, and the bed was super comfy. They have lots of info on the area as well. Was about a $10 cab ride to Crystal City and $15 to the Capitol area, but there were also restaurants that I could walk to. Thanks!
Teresa and her boyfriend were really good hosts. Friendly, helpful and kind. The room was quite big and the neighbourhood was awesome. To travel to DC it was about 25 minutes. That was ok :)
Really cheap and good place to visit DC
Teresa is an amazing airbnb host! I had the lovely experience of staying in her apartment during my stay to D.C. Even prior to me arriving she quickly communicated with me which made arriving that much more welcoming. The bedroom is very spacious, clean and way bigger than I expected for being a guest. It is even located in an excellent neighbor that I felt safe walking around in. She is a extremely helpful host often giving me advice on the quickest route to get to my planned activities.
I cannot over express the amazing hospitality that Teresa provides to her guest. One day during my stay I got really sunburned and Teresa noticed and even offered me Aloe for the burn. How many airbnb hosts would see their guest had a sunburn and offer aloe to them? That is just one example of how she goes over the top to make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Teresa's place for anyone visiting Arlington or the D.C. area and I most definitely would stay there again on my next trip. You just can't stay at a better place!
An excellent stay! Spacious and quiet room, comfortable bed, desk, and chair, full access to bath and kitchen, and convenient to DC and northern VA. Teresa is an excellent host, providing an apartment key, free parking pass, towels, and plenty of information on sightseeing and getting around. She's friendly and responsive, yet gives you your privacy at the same time.

About the Host, Teresa
Our first Airbnb experience was as guest's in Brooklyn in 2009 and loved it!
We relocated to Arlington, VA after living in France, and I now teach French.
I love to travel (Italy, Spain, England,Switzerland, Holland, Thailand, Singapore, Mexico, almost all central America, Peru...) and everything that goes with it (meeting new people, new places, new food...). When I can't pick up my bags, I'll pick up a good book or listen to groovy music.
We love to hear good stories and tell some of our own.
'Everyone knew it was impossible. Then came an idiot who did not know. He did it'
(it's translated from French but still makes sense no?!)
