Your cosy double bedroom, private bathroom, guest living room & terrace is 1 minute from the sea and the bus to Dublin City Centre/Eastpoint/IFSC. Our quiet street is located near award winning restaurants, coastal walks and the Business District.
Our guest bedroom offers comfortable accommodation for 2 people, with a king sized bed (to fall into after a day's sightseeing/business meetings!), private bathroom and bright and airy, south facing guest living room for breakfast. We also have a south facing terrace! Wi-Fi is fast and reliable (240MB). The living room has a 3-seater sofa and a coffee table large enough to have your laptop/paperwork/breakfast on ... all at the same time!

Our home is located just 1 minute from the Promenade, beach and the bus that will take you to Dublin City Centre in c. 15-20 minutes. For the business traveller, we are close to Eastpoint Business Park, IFSC, and Dublin City Centre; we are 20 minutes' drive from the M50. We live in a privileged area, with St Anne's Park only a 10 minute walk away, and a coffee shop and 3 restaurants at the end of our road ("Kinara", "Fishbone"and "Kanoodle") not to mention the restaurants, coffee shops and pubs that our village has to offer! We are very proud of our home and love having guests to stay. It is the perfect place to unwind from a hectic schedule and take it easy in quiet and comfortable surroundings, or to get business done with ease. We will also arrange taxis and restaurant bookings for those who require it, especially convenient for those here on business. As well as (amongst others) the City Centre, Trinity, Guinness and Howth within easy reach, "!", "", "LinkedIn", "" and a host of other multi-nationals are either based in Clontarf itself, or are in the City Centre/off the M50.

Interaction with guests
We are here to help, or will leave you to it - as you wish! We live on the premises too, but as you get half the house and the terrace, there is plenty of privacy and space to relax/get work done.
Clontarf is a well-known Dublin Bay village and is near the City Centre and Dublin Airport, as well as Eastpoint Business Park and the IFSC, so it's great for the tourist or the business traveller alike. We love the friendly vibe of our "Village in the City" as it is known, and especially love all there is to offer here for foodies and walkers alike! There are numerous restaurants and cafes, as well as golf, the beach, a nature reserve and the old Guinness family demesne, St Anne's Park. Anyone visiting us will not only feel welcome in our home, but will find that there is so much to do in Clontarf, before you take the bus (at the end of the road) to the City, Trinity, etc. as well as the famous and historic fishing villages of Howth or Malahide - our guests don't have to go far to find beautiful places to see!
The bus to the City Centre is at the end of our road, while parking is off-street in our driveway; we will collect and drop to the airport in evenings or any time at the weekend (€20), or otherwise, a taxi will take c. 20 minutes and €25-27. There is also a bus direct from the airport, non-stop to the City Centre, where guests can then take the 130 bus to us! The 130 takes c. 20 mins from the City Centre to the end of our road. We are also close to the City Centre, Eastpoint Business Park and the IFSC, which is ideal for business travellers.
Other things to note
We provide complementary towels, shampoo and shower gel and a self-service Continental breakfast with coffee or tea. There is also a hair dryer available on request. Free, reliable Wi-Fi (240MB) is also available, as well as free parking. We also use a local taxi company for guests/business travellers.
That you respect our home, us, our neighbours and you are quiet.
The living room is available for breakfast and then again in the evenings, after 20:00.
The terrace is available at breakfast and then evenings, until 22:00hrs. The kitchen is for preparing breakfast.
No one to be brought back who wasn't checked-in.
No showers after 10PM.
No parties, no drunken nor loud behaviour.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

My husband, little girl and I love good, healthy food, plenty of fresh air and travelling. We love meeting new people and have always had good feedback from those who have enjoyed a stay in our home. Reading, jogging and music also feature in our lives, as well as seeing our friends and family on a regular basis. As the Promenade and the beach are literally at the end of our road, we spend a lot of time walking there, as well as in St Anne's Park, also local to us. With the excellent restaurants and cafes of Clontarf and the City Centre on our doorstep, the things we love most doing are there for the taking - so, please come and join us!
