The apartment is located in the heart of the ancient Rome, in front of Romani Forum. It is located a stone's throw from the Colosseum, Circo Massimo and p.zza Venezia, and it is a few minutes walking from the characteristic of “Trastevere”, the ancient Jewish district where you can enjoy a lot of good restaurant, pastry and bakery kosher . In this area you can find a nice and confortable SPA "Alma Mater" where you can enjoy any kind of massage and a typical turkish bath. At the end of the street there is one of the most famous farmer market of Rome, each week end you can go shopping with fresh produce and good prices directly from producers to consumers.
and right there, you can test your honesty by visiting and interviewing the mouth of truth! Every the maine attraction of the ancient Rome are very close to. The apartment is recently renovated and completely furnished air conditioner, Led TV, wi-fi, stereo, microwave, washing machine and hair dryer. Towels and sheets are furnished and included in the price as well the cleaning one time per week.
is the perfect place for visiting Rome alone, with family or friends.
I stayed in this apartment in feb of 2015. My partner and I loved the location. We were ~15 minutes from "ancient rome" and a super pretty ~45 min walk from vatican city. The Roman Forum was literally outside the front door (which was a pretty view). Luca was very accommodating with early check in and letting us keep our bags at the apartment on the day of check out so we could explore the city without our bags before we had to catch a train home. He responded very promptly to all my emails. The bed was nice and the heating was good. The bathroom was really clean and nice. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a couple looking to stay in rome!
We were greeted by his really friendly mother. After a brief introduction to the place, we were left to do our own things. It's very clean with basic cooking necessities. The availability of a washing machine is great for those staying a longer period. Bed is a little on the hard side. It's more suited for 2-3 people. Location is great. Bus stop is just end of the street. There's a fantastic farmers market down the street. It's very quiet at night, with the exception of zooming cars once in a while. The hot water do run out fairly quickly. The place could do with a clock. Other than that, it's a great place at a great location.
Voltaria a me hospedar neste apartamento com certeza.
This apartment was the best of our three city (Paris, Venice, Rome) vacation. Luca communicated well and his Mom met us at the door. The apartment is within a 15 min walk to the Colosseum and Palatino (sp?) and the Tiber river. The bathroom and kitchen, and indeed the whole apartment, was very modern and well constructed. The only negative was that the double bed consisted of two single (and firm) mattresses which gave the bed a noticeable seam. Luca had left us with a binder with a very helpful list of all the restaurants - and their menus - in the area. He also provided us with the contact info for a reasonably priced taxi (to the airport) - the driver is an actress and friend of the family. When we return to Rome we will definitely try to rent Luca's apartment again because it was a truly enjoyable accommodation.
Passamos uma agradável estadia no studio de Luca. Muito agradável o lugar, simpático e muito limpo. Bem localizado, perto dos principais monumentos.
Luca’s apartment was great! Super well located, foot distance of the colosseum and the main attractions of the city. He had maps and a list of great restaurants at our disposition.
Would strongly recommend!
