Small space but works for those on a budget as the location is great, barely 20 minutes from Fontana di Trevi.

Great location and quiet neighborhood. 8 minutes walking distance from the Piazza di Venezia which is awesome. Great restaurants 2 minutes away.

Great location! Walking distance to all the main attractions but still not right in the middle of everyone. Loved that it was a little off the beaten path and quiet.

Luca's place is a great value. It's a bit small, but if you don't plan on spending too much time in the room it doesn't really matter. He has a Rome travel guide and maps available to make your stay that much better. He was quick to respond to just about every question we had. We got in late after our flight got delayed and was kind enough to meet us so late in the evening. It's clean and well kept. The AC is a godsend after long day walking around town. It's just a 10-15 minute walk to the Colosseum, Forum, and other sites. Down the street is a cute Gelateria with great tasting gelato. We pretty much walked everywhere and in cases where the distance was a bit far we just took a taxi. I would definitely stay again.

Great spot at the back end of the colosseum. Quieter than most tourist spots, so thats nice. great bars nearby. Bed is upstairs in a loft area. The stairs are steep and narrow, ceiling is low - about 5 and a half feet.

The place is clean and tidy. It is a relatively close walk to the city centre (maybe 20 minutes) and a 15 minute walk to the entrance of the Roman Forum
