Had a great 4 days in Luca's apt,
Fantastic location close to Colloseum and easy walk to Pantheon/Trevi/Spanish Steps.
I stayed with Fori Romani with two other friends and our experience was amazing! It is in the heart of ancient Rome, and we walked all over the city -- about 30 minutes walk to Pantheon, 45 minutes walk to Vatican City, and just a stone's throw away from the Colosseum and Roman Forum! I highly recommend staying here, and I know I want to stay here again when I return to Rome.
The apartment was amazing! Loved the location as it was close to absolutely everything. The room had air conditioning which is great especially after walking all day. The Internet was intermittent but that was fine for us as we didn't really need it. Room as very clean although dos not have washing powder for the washing machine or soap for the shower (just a heads up). All in all a great apartment.
Booking was fast and easy although communication to arrange a check in time was rather slow. The apartment was exactly as shown in pictures and was clean enough. Fantastic air-conditioning which would be a must in the summer months. The wifi was not readily available and we could only ever connect one device at a time and sometimes none would connect. The lady who meet us at check in didn't speak much English and could not answer simple questions like where the local supermarket etc was. We were also disappointed that we were not told that there is a switch in the kitchen (with the light switches) which must be turned on for the hot water to work. After we mentioned this to Luca he did promptly respond to our email however we should have been told at check in.
Beautiful apartment, beautiful view! excellent location and clean :) we had a really nice time !
We had a nice stay in Lucas apartment. We were late and got lost and he helped us find our way over the phone. The apartment had everything we needed for a few days and was in a nice spot close to the Forum and Colosseum. Wifi didn't work only sometimes but that didn't matter much as we were out exploring.
