Welcome to our home in the heart of MDI Bar Harbor.
3 bed 2 1/2bath 3300 sq/ft.Fits 10 comfortably, the 4th sleeping space is the big sun room with a queen sleeper sofa , but can accommodate up to 12 upon request with 2 rollaway beds for extra charge per person.
Our house is spacious and cozy. Located conveniently away from the busy town, only a short trip to every location on the island. Small cul-de-sac neighborhood in private setting. 6 people hot tub, sauna , fire pit, swing.
The space
House is in private setting small quite neighborhood of main road and has two levels.
Main level features hard wood floors all around.
**We prefer if you leave your shoes off!**
House will be sparkling clean upon your arrival.
There is outdoor camera monitoring the front parking- entry area. Camera is clearly visible at the further corner of building.
3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath ~3300 sq/ft. We fit 10 guest comfortably, and can fit up to 12 by request adding 2 rollaway beds for extra charge 80$/per night for each.
Master bedroom has 1 king size bed ,walk in closet , full bath
Second bedroom has 1 king size bed
Third bedroom has 2 tween size beds and 1 bunk bed
The 4th room ,The Sunroom /office has a queen sofa bed .
Entrance door leads into open kitchen/living/dining room floor plan highlighted by large kitchen island with granite counter top, electric fire place and A/C for the hot months. Two screened doors lead you to outside deck with lounge chairs and gas grill for memorable cookouts- watching sunsets colors over the trees with family.
***PLEASE NO EXCESSIVE NOISE OR LOUD OUTDOOR PARTIES AFTER 9 PM***
On other side you have half bathroom, laundry and dryer room that you walk trough to our bright with window on every wall reading room complimented by custom made work space, pull out queen sleeper sofa , and A/C during the hot months.
Tucked at the end of hole way you will find the master bedroom with private bath- walk in shower , this room features a large closet/changing room A/C during the hot months and king size bed.
The staircase leads downstairs to radiant heated floor on the entire level. One end of hole way goes to large kids bedroom with two twin beds, twin bunk bed and large closet/changing room. Second bedroom features king size bed , TV ,office desk , walk in closet. There is one full bath with shower/tub for this floor.
And last but not least is our entertainment room highlighted by all leather recliners and gorgeous 65 inch 4K TV, set up with surround sound and Roku box.
If you have friends surprise you, we have 1 very comfortable couch and 2 roll-away beds /PROVIDED UPON REQUEST FOR EXTRA CHARGE, 100 $ per night per person.
There is plenty of parking available in the back of the house, can easily fit 4 -5 vehicles.
There is a sun bath area, outdoors fire pit, sauna , hot tub ,flowers , pergola and a swing in the garden.
On the premises there is another house ,owners occupied, we are a young couple ,no kids ,just 3 indoor kitties) constantly working , we like to offer you full privacy ,so you can enjoy your vacation . You will be sharing just the driveway with us , the rest of the outdoor space, all the amenities , big garden is all yours .
You can wake up every morning to see deer family spying around the property.
We want you to feel like home and stay comfortable, let us know if anything is missing.
We prefer if you leave your shoes off while in the house, we try to maintain sparkling clean house and protect the floor of damage.
We prefer if you don't carry sharp objects or messy dinner dishes in the cinema room and please try to keep your pets off the furniture.
We prefer if you don't throw a party outside late nights. The house is located in private neighborhood, we love our neighbors and prefer to keep it that way!
Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes in case you need to prepare a large family dinner. We provide basic spices and cooking oil.
Towels, bed sheeting and pillows are provided for 10 people . Extra are provided upon request.
We provide shower gel, shampoo, hand soap ,most common spices for cooking and basic cleaning supplies as well.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes ,pots and pans ,glasses ,silverware.
Downstairs are located the utility room and two small owner storage rooms one under stairs and second across cinema room door they will remain locked for your safety.
Guest access
Guest can access every place in the house, but basement/utility room, storage room and attic, for their safety.
Feel free to walk around the property, mind the neighbors and wildlife!

NOT A PARTY HOUSE
WE ARE ASKING PLEASE TO KEEP IT QUIET. REFRAIN FROM OUTSIDE LOUD NOISES AFTER 9PM INCLUDING BARKING OR CRYING PETS
We have young families with kids as neighbors, if you throw a party and you are too loud, don't be surprised if the police shows up. It will happen if you don't obey the house rules, this is also a town rule by the town of Bar Harbor excessive noise rules and regulations - BETWEEN 9PM AND 7AM IS THE QUIET HOURS AND IT'S ILLEGAL TO MAKE DISTURBING NOISES.
