Lovely clean room in a great neighbourhood. I was only minutes from a fantastic selection of restaurants and cafes, and within walking distance of the major sites. Chiara was a welcoming and friendly host. The b&b allows you to feel like you are really living in Rome, as opposed to an anonymous hotel.
Guido was a great host. He welcomed us warmly and sat with us for some time to give us an overview of Rome and all the important sites to see. He also pointed out less well known sites such as Basilica di San Clemente, which I found to be one of the most remarkable. The room was comfortable and pleasant. Overall the entire B n B was very nicely decorated and had a real Roman feel to it. The location was great with lots of trendy cafes, it was also very central, in walking distance to the Colesseum and other attractions. The B n B also comes with a very nice breakfast. We had a very pleasant stay and I Capocci and we would definitely stay there again.
We had a most enjoyable eight day stay at Chiara's B&B. Her father, Guido, could not have been more helpful in explaining to us how to get to the various sights we wished to see in Rome. The B&B is spotless and has every amenity. The breakfast arrangement is spectacular. Most important, however, is its location. The three minute walk to the subway station, Cavour, puts you within easy reach of nearly all of the major attractions in Rome. The neighborhood is dotted with small, family-oriented restaurants that serve great food. Gelato is right around the corner. The Coliseum is within a 10 minute walk. If you're lucky you'll hear the concert pianist next door practicing Chopin. We look forward to returning to Rome and staying here again!
Locatie was top!
The location of this B&B is excellent. It's in a mixed neighborhood of
singles, families, shops, and restaurants. The nearby eateries are good. Go in the little beer store -- Misha is a lot of fun. Guido (Chiara's father) was very helpful in telling us about sights to visit and tips for getting around. Internet access was good. Breakfast was excellent at the nearby hotel.
Really enjoyed our stay at Chiara's B&B. It is well located and the included breakfast in the nearby cafe's was great. Very clean and tidywith complimentary nespresso and sweets. Keep up the good work Chiara!

I am a student in Engineering-Architecture at the University of Rome.
Together with my parents Bianca and Guido we have thoroughly renovated and equipped this old apartment in the center of Rome with great attention to details.
I speak English and Spanish, my father speaks French as well and we enjoy meeting guests from all over the world.
