Very light, cute, clean, older style mini flat in an excellent location. Compact as presented in the photos. The bed is up a ladder but very cosy and comfortable mattress and bedding and great view of the street outside from above . Good hot water in the small shower and washing machine dryer was a bonus. A very pleasant stay in winter months. Need to keep windows closed overnight to keep noise out.
A fantastic place for a couple or someone traveling solo. Very cozy, and very central. It's got pretty much everything you might need.
The location was great. The flat was smaller than we expected; but clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities we needed (and more). Katie kindly even leaves plug adapters/converters for use. Due to the central location, it was a bit noisy when the windows were open, but this wasn't a problem during the winter time. (Plus, I travel with ear plugs, so those helped when we did leave the windows open).
This was my third time in London and my girlfriends first time. We can both say we picked the perfect cozy apartment in the best location. The Tottenham Court Road Tube station was a 5 minute walk which was very convenient. Being from New York, we like to walk and take in the scenery so being located in central London gave us a perfect opportunity to be able to walk to different parts of every neighborhood.
The actual apartment was very comfortable and cozy. The shower is not what we're used to (pretty small) but it was fine. There's a lot of appliances, utensils and any little thing you'd ever need already stocked for you. The apartment was clean and inviting.
Since you're located so central to London, close to the street and close to pretty much everything, it can get loud during the night/early morning where people are going to pubs and whatnot.
Great place for a great price! Definitely recommended.
The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures - clean, great use of space & incredibly well appointed. Check in was super easy with a follow-up note closer to the date & access to the tube was just across the street, with lots of food options up the other end.
Yes, the flat faces the main road with lots of traffic & pubs. But closing the windows pretty much cancels out the noise. Now with a fan also provided you can keep the air circulated.
The shower is tiny but as to expected in such limited quarters. It's a really small space but it takes advantage of the very high ceilings. As long as the tap is responsive & there is hot running water I am not one to complain. Plus who wouldn't like a lovely warm towel fresh off the heated drying rack?! One of the few joys in life.
Only little snaffu was the washer/dryer. Washing function was fine but when it came to drying there was an issue with the draining system so I had to manually drain it as it ran. Didn't figure out how to fix the problem until 2 days later. I wouldn't have insisted if not for the fact that we were hopping onto a flight - after all wet clothes weigh more.
As we were leaving, a call to Katy to highlight was promptly answered & that sewed up our lovely stay in a great flat. Will definitely stay again.
Very nice and very clean apartment in a great location. Can get a little noisy on weekends, but when you close the windows, it is very quite. Everything you want to see is in a walking distance. Katie was very nice and extremely helpful. I can really recommend this apartment.
Very central and therefore noisy. Great for a few nights!
The apartment´s location is great, but it is little small. You´ll sleep in a high-bed, be aware you´ll have to "face" a stair before sleeping, even though the bed´s quality is excellent to rest.
The bathroom is good and spacious.
Sometimes, inside of the apartment becomes hot, but we solved this issue easily leaving the bathroom´s window open.
The apartment has an excellent location. Close to all the important places in London.
The cleaning, amenities, and check in was impeccable.
I am a host in Miami and Buenos Aires and have a critical eye for the details!
We had a great experience! The apartment is very cousy and well located. Katie was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed .We would recommend it!
