Live like a real local in an awesome Mission District loft (with gated parking...), fortuitously situated at the intersection of 3 of SF's most local-dweller, dynamic neighborhoods - The Mission, Noe Valley and Bernal Heights.
1200sq ft loft with 13' ceilings, exposed brick, large industrial iron windows, 42" flat panel television w/premium cable channels (yup, all the sports and movie channels) and an Apple TV, surround sound speakers and a turntable (epic vinyl collection included), redwood panel bathroom with brand new subway tile shower.
Washer and dryer are on-site. $2.00 to wash $1.50 to dry.
Parking spot available with rental.
Please feel fee contact me with any other questions.
Kitchen and bathroom are shared.
I'm generally at work from 9-6 during the week, then spend time out until 9.
On the weekends I'm generally out, but also do host dinner parties.
The setting/location is ideal:
~ If you're looking to stay in the city, but need to head down to Silicon Valley for work (the place is situation directly between the 101/280 and is 4 blocks from the BART station)
~ If you're relocating to SF and on the search for permanent housing, but are feeling out different neighborhoods
~ Travelers looking for a genuine local living experience in San Francisco's most unique/fun neighborhood
Need to get some work done? Not a problem. There's plenty of desk space. Naturally wi-fi is included.
Otherwise, check out my guestbook for my go-to freelancer friendly coffee houses that are within walking distance.
When you're done working and ready for happy hour or a bite, you couldn't be in a better location. Walk 5 minutes in any direction to any type of cuisine you can imagine, bars galore, hip coffee shops and most importantly the best Mexican/Latin American food outside of Mexico/Latin America.
Local tip, the best neighborhood watering hole is the Royal Cuckoo. They only play vinyl, (email hidden) organ player and make a mean Manhattan. It's got the casual Mission vibe, but priced to keep the young hipsters out (no $2 PBR...I think it's $3, which is enough to make a difference).
For you park lovers, you can walk to Dolores park in 15 minutes, or you can hit up the lesser known, yet equally charming Precita Park, which is only a 5 min walk.
The 24th St BART station is 4 blocks away and puts you downtown in 10 minutes.
The 12 Folsom stops right out front.
The J Church is 5 blocks up.
The 101 and 280 are a stones throw away.

Taylor was a great host that helped me out at my last minute inquiry. He even let me in early through the help of his roommate. They're very friendly people and super fun. The loft was amazing, it's very comfy and clean (2 guys and lowered toilet seat!) The location is very convenient to the parks, a lot of good food and stores. Taylor's loft is highly recommended if you like meeting new people and roaming around new places.
Taylor was great and very flexible with my last minute request. He has a very cool (giant) loft space and we had a fun chat in the morning.
Taylor's apartment is clean and eclectic. Check-in was simple and convenient and was able to get on with my day without issue.
Taylor is a intelligent, respectful and accommodating
Taylor is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. His loft is big and quiet, decorated with interesting stuff, and the location is perfect if you want to explore the Mission neighborhood. Taylor made time to talk and help me feel at hom. Everything was as described, no complaints. I would stay there again.
