Architectural designed with high-vaulted ceiling and mezzanine floor (unused) gives a spacious feeling to this smart and cosy space.

Only a 10min drive from the Rotorua CBD or 15 minute bike ride along the cycle path to the famous mountain bike forest - The Redwoods.

Once you’re settled in you may enjoy the top deck with outdoor furniture and Weber gas bbq and soak and relax in the spa/hot tub.

Springfield Road can be a busy road and can have traffic at any time throughout the day. It has a cycle way down it which is the perfect way to get around if you fancy biking. 400m up the road is Rotorua's greatest Swiss bakery, Guidough's, cooking up daily mouth-watering morsels.
