Our home is directly adjacent our resort's fitness center, community BBQ, and pool and club house including a waterpark, lazy river, one of the largest private resort pools in the state of Utah, a workout room, and additional amenities. NO RESORT FEE! Our home features prominently as we overlook the pool complex. We provide access via a unique code you will use on arrival, or we can open the door for you remotely! A Nest video doorbell (looking solely out at the porch) helps us be sure someone who calls asking for access is who they should be!
HOME DETAILS
Sleeping Accommodations: Wake up in any one of our well-appointed 7 private bedrooms. Included in the home: 5 king beds, 10 twin beds. With 2 people per king bed, you can sleep 20+ people (City approved for 20). Three of the rooms with king beds are "ensuite" masters (private bathroom), one downstairs and two up.
The living room has a central fireplace & large flat screen TV. There are sofas and end tables with a lamp. There is also a kid’s game closet off this main living space and a collection of books.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 ("Arches"). Ground floor master bedroom, sleeps 2. King size bed, large screen TV, full bathroom with walk-in shower, private toilet area, tub, walk-in closet and patio off the sliding glass doors.
Bedroom 2 ("Zion"). Ground floor bedroom. Sleeps 2. King size bed. TV.
Bedroom 3 ("Kolob"). Upstairs, sleeps 2+. King sized bed. Large screen TV. Private in-room access to jack and jill style bathroom with shower and tub. Separate private sink and vanity.
Bedroom 4 ("Snow Canyon"). Upstairs, sleeps 4. Two built-in bunk beds. Large walk-in closet. Play kitchen. Best bedroom for small kids. Arcade-style cocktail video table with 40+ games including Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man and Donkey Kong.
Bedroom 5 (game room, "Goblin Valley"): Two twin bunks with trundles for 6 twin mattresses. Large screen TV, PlayStation with 10 games / DVD & Blu-Ray player. Pac-Man console video game with other popular titles. Separate NBA Jam video game. "Guardians of the Galaxy" pinball (no quarters required). Large windows look out the back deck and on to views of the pool / lazy river.
Bedroom 6 ("Bryce Canyon"). Upstairs master bedroom, sleeps 2+. King size bed, walk-in closet and attached bathroom with shower. Has access to outdoor deck. Large screen TV.
Bedroom 7 ("Cedar Breaks"). Upstairs master bedroom, sleeps 2+. King size bed, walk-in closet, tub and shower and private toilet area. 43" TV.
Bathroom Amenities: The 4 1/2 bathrooms include 2 with walk-in showers and two with combo bathtub / showers. All 4 full bathrooms are stocked with toiletries and hair driers. Let us know what you need in advance, and we will make sure you have it!
Gourmet Kitchen: our kitchen includes all new appliances, a large pantry, kitchen tools, and dining service. Included for you: a full set of pots, a crockpot, salad bowl, mixing bowls, K-Cup Keurig coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, XL cookie sheets, hand mixer, BBQ tools, serving trays, roasting pan, serving platters, glass bowls, casserole dish, pancake griddle, blender, storage containers, high chair, knife block, cutting boards & more.
Entertainment: Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on any one of the 6 Smart TVs located throughout the house. The kids' rooms also include a PS3 w/10 games and cocktail table style arcade game with Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong and a total of 60 games, a 2nd NBA Jam video game and real pinball machine (no need for quarters). Downstairs large screen TV hooked up to an old school Super Nintendo system with over 20 games installed (children of the 80s and 90s will appreciate it!) and DVD player. There are a ping pong table and basketball shooting game in the garage. One washer and dryer set in the house and another set in the garage. TVs are hooked up to HuluLive TV, which includes:
Local ABC, Fox, and NBC channels, plus:
Disney+, ESPN, Fox Sports, CBS Sports, etc., etc.

We maintain a very clean home! Pool, fitness room, BBQ patio, and recreation area (including pickleball courts) are OPEN, and you have full access without additional charge.
Private BBQ (but the ones at the clubhouse are even better!). Don't forget the private Jacuzzi and free EV charging!
