Beautiful newly renovated modern space right on the beach. Gorgeous ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. 1/4 mile from Garden City Pier, walking distance to bars, restaurants, fishing, surfing, arcade. No need for shoes! Walk right on to the beach!

Mature, respectful guests welcome to enjoy our space. Absolutely no pets allowed or parties as there are many Seniors in the building and guest pets are not permitted under the HOA.

The space
2 bedrooms, 2 full baths with full size kitchen with bar, dining space, washer/dryer. Master has private bathroom, queen size bed and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to the oceanfront screened deck. Go to sleep and wake up listening to the waves crashing.
2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on top, double on the bottom. Both bedrooms have full size closets.
Living room space has pull out queen size couch and blackout curtains for a comfortable sleep.
Condo has brand new front loading washer and dryer in unit along with fridge, stove and dishwasher.

Guest access
Full private access to the entire condo. One parking pass on site, additional parking available in the free beach parking beside the building or over night parking across the street.

Other things to note
Condo has many year round residents as well as vacationers so it is not suitable for loud guests or those looking to throw a big party. Responsible, respectful guests only please.
