Randall & I stayed one full week at Ronan's Cottage and never had a dull moment. Upon our arrival Ronan graciously invited us to join him & the guests in the other two rentals for pizza for the evening meal. Everyone contributed food & drink & conversation - a memorable evening. Ronan is an on site host who is very helpful with any questions or needs. The wifi was high speed. We spent the week exploring The Burren, Aran Islands, Cliffs of Moher, and playing golf.
Ronan was very hospitable and easy to deal with. His home is a refreshing and creative space full of artistic expression which we really appreciated. The two story space was perfect and cozy. Soggy Ireland was no match for the wood stove, and large bathtub which we indulged in. Affordable and had all amenities including laundry machine. we felt at home right when we stepped in.
We (a couple about 50 and more) stayed one week in the cottage. O.k. it's not so large like it seems by the pictures, but you have to see Ronans great wood and stone works in and outside the house! It was so cosy and relaxed, that we never wanted to go out in the evening. We spent a very pleasant and happy time in front of the fire, in the garden or baking pizzas in his stone oven. Just relaxing or talking and singing with other people. We hope to come back one time. Thank you Ronan for this great irish experience!
Very nice place in a beautiful town. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are excellent, and beds are really comfy. Also has an amazing scenic backyard for chilling out. Thanks Ronan!
Simple apartment. Amazing Garden. Great value.
Ronan's place is excellent - and well located about 1 km from Kinvara. Ronan was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended.
Ronan's place was very comfortable. We all loved the large beautiful bathtub and the cozy space. We stayed in the front duplex facing the road. We thought it would be loud but it was fine. His garden is gorgeous. My children had a good time playing outside. We had a pleasant experience. And Kinvarra town is so close too! Thank you Ronan!
I had a great time at Ronan's!! I was traveling by myself for a full week and it was the perfect home base tot our Galway and the coast area. When you want solitude it is available and when you want camaraderie Ronan and his friends are a whole lot of fun to hang out with.
Make sure you get him to make Pizza for you in his brick oven as well, a real treat!!!
Ronan's place was perfect for our trip. It is smack dab in the middle of everything - close to the cliffs, close to the burren, close to Galway. Ronan was very welcoming and it was fun to have pizza with him and the other guests!
Plus it was nice having a fireplace and stoking up the fire every night!
