What can I say other than perfect. JD was very helpful especially since this was my first time booking. The condo was clean well maintained. I don't think you could ask for a better location. Fast food, drugstore ,restaurants all within walking distance. The location definitely made it easy since I was here for the winter storms. When it's time to come back to Atlanta the condo will be on the top of my list!!
JD's place was perfect for what we needed for a short stay. Great apartment. We loved it was in a gated complex, and it was very quiet every night when we got back to the apt. The apt. was nice and well taken care of. Loved having the balcony too!
Minutes from lots of restaurants and only about 10 mins from downtown which was great for us! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Atlanta. Thanks!
The studio in Buckhead is in an excellent location. Easy access to most major Highways in Atlanta and minutes from anywhere you want to be during your stay. The condo is in a nice quiet gated community with easy parking. The condo itself is a nice size, perfect for a couple. The kitchen was great to cook in, even with two people in the kitchen at the same time. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit and a full walk in closet. The host, JD was wonderful. He was very easy to reach if we had any questions and great to work with. We would love to stay at JDs condo next time we need a place in Atlanta.
I LOVED staying at JD's apartment... it looks much bigger in real life than the pictures show..... it was a home from home for me.....I spent 2 weeks there and every day couldnt wait to get back to the apartment... the bed was really comfy, the shower was hot, the heating was great! and internet which was really important to me was very fast and always working.....
The apartment is in a gated community which made me feel really safe and the area in itself is lovely... lots of restaurants, gas station, and only 6 minute drive to town..... JD was lovely to.... and really helpful when I needed him..... I'll defiantly be staying there again when I come back to ATL......
Thank you JD!
We had another wonderful stay at JD's place.
The L- shaped apt is nicely laid out with a large walk in closet and well equipped kitchen. Not to mention a very cute balcony. The well thought out floor plan makes it a very comfortable place to stay.
JD always responds promptly to all inquires.
Love staying at JD's place. Quick response to my text/calls. Place is every bit as described and pictured. My first choice for staying in ATL.
This compact studio is set in a quiet and secure setting and has everything one needs. Appreciated the comfortable mattress, great Wi-Fi, and the good appliances. Loved being able to walk to the many good restaurants at night - especially Figo and Taqueria Verde. JD was a most helpful and courteous host. Would definitely stay again when in Atlanta.
Stayed at this studio condo in Midtown for a weekend while in Atlanta visiting family and friends. It was a gated community so parking is secure. The space was just perfect for my husband and I. The bed slept two adults fairly comfortably, with a couch for lounging. There was full sized fridge available. The immediate area has several restaurants as mentioned (we went to Big Easy Grille and Felini's Pizza) as well as a grocery a short drive away. I-75 is close and allows quick access to the rest of the city and areas surrounding Atlanta.
Nice, safe location in a condo community north of downtown. It has a good kitchen and grocery stores nearby, washer and dryer, bed is comfortable, everything you need for a stay of a few days or more. Internet connection is good, which you'll need for Netflix or Hulu as the TV is broadcast and gets maybe three channels well. Also might want to bring earplugs if you're going to sleep in as its in a wooded area with a lot of birds that are quite loud early in the morning. Other than that an excellent place for an extended stay in Atlanta.
JD’s Private Studio Intown in Buckhead was our perfect home away from home for 2 months. The location was attractive, safe, and minutes away from a new job. It was cozy yet spacious, stylish, convenient and nicely furnished. JD was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we had, even regarding the Midtown area and beyond. We had a great experience and would definitely stay there again. - David and Francesca
