Large country house minutes from Athens - 10 minutes from East State Street business district and 15 minutes from Ohio University's campus. Enjoy a stay in the large, well appointed country house. 6 queen bedrooms and a large fully stocked kitchen - enough room for the whole family! Great for Ohio University events with easy access to Athens. The first bedroom, is one guest, which will be charged $139/ for one room.
Then every room there after will be charged $50 per room.

The space
Beautifully remodeled house with bedrooms and living space across four stories. Spacious bedroom with balcony in the converted attic, two large bedrooms and full bathroom - including Jacuzzi tub - on the second floor, ground floor bedroom with private shower room, ground floor single room, great for kids, and a private basement bedroom with natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can prepare meals in comfort, open to cozy living room with sofas, gas fireplace (not functioning), and a TV. Home overlooks southern Ohio hills and the nearby farm pond. Large porch has space for outdoor dining and a large hot tub exclusively for guest use or enjoy stargazing by the backyard fire pit. Basement laundry room is great for cleaning up after outdoor adventures!

This country home a great place to stay to visit Ohio University, enjoy hiking, biking, and watersports in beautiful southern Ohio, and enjoy the many festivals that the region has to offer - Nelsonville Music Festival, Ohio Brew Week, Boogie on the Bricks, and the Paw Paw Festival.
