This relaxing Riverside unit has great views of the Titans Stadium and the Cumberland River. A great place to stay for the CMA Fest, Fourth of July festivities and New Year's Eve. Come enjoy the many relaxing elements of the Riverside unit. Located downtown, Historic 2nd Ave North, overlooking Riverfront Park. Beautiful, newly renovated Historic Pilcher Building. Open living/gathering space with fully equipped kitchen, pool table, and entertainment space for groups.

The space
The Riverside unit offers an artful approach of even the smallest detail with each room being designed with an individual identity. You are welcomed inside the entrance of this unit by one of Nashville’s local artisan, Jonathan Malphrus, with his beautifully modern designed entrance table. Come enjoy a master bath that has been designed for your pampering with an edgy Victorian style feel. In the unfortunate event that you must work, you can find seclusion in the rock n roll themed office, while your friends can hang out in the living area shooting pool and enjoying the view out the windows of the Titan’s Stadium.

The Pilcher Lofts were developed by Creed Investment Company and are managed by Snipes Properties, a professional property management company located inside the Pilcher Building. To help protect our guests from the spread of Covid-19 and any other viruses, each unit is thoroughly cleaned after each check out by a third party professional commercial cleaning company, including a nightly cleaning of all lobby door handles, elevator surfaces and security keypads within the common areas. We have placed signs limiting 2 people (not within the same group) on the elevator and placed a hand sanitizer station by the elevator in the lobby for your convenience. Our guests are and will always be our top priority here at the Pilcher Lofts.
