Era tutto perfetto. Giulio e' stato molto gentile e accogliente, ha dato tutte le informazioni possibili sulla casa e roma. La casa e' unica. Non ho mai visto una casa cosi particolari, perfetta per un soggiorno a roma. Letti comodi. La casa era pulitissima.
Very good location, nice rooms, well decorated & comfortable. Guido, the host, was very nice and helpful with giving us information about the area. The only down side is that two of the rooms are downstairs in the basement with the kitchen and the sound really echoes. You can hear everything even with the bedroom doors closed. I guess it's to be expected since it's an old building with tons of charm. We enjoyed our stay and though it was a good value for the location.
Dear Laura, thanks a lot for your feedback. we did not find a way to make the rooms more insulated from the common areas, but we could not find a way ( e.g. new modern doors) without indeed ruining the charm of the location.
However, this was never mentioned as a problem, especially when the full apartment was rented for a group of friends.
We will continue to look for alternative solutions ...
Easily one of the best stays I have had with airbnb. Guido gave us an excellent orientation of the place, which is super close to all major attractions. After trying Luzzi and all recommended pizzerias in rome, the best pizza we had in rome was at the trattoria next door which Guido recommended.
One minor inconvenience was wifi downstairs, which simply did not have the range and was frankly unusable. The wifi network upstairs was great through our stay.
We would love to book this place again, rarely do you find super clean well maintained apartment in air bnb at a great location and great host - this is one of them. Thx Chiara guido
Chiara è stata un host perfetto! era già lì al nostro arrivo e ci ha dato tutte le info necessarie. il b&b è veramente carino, accogliente e pulito ... e poi è nel cuore di Roma! Spero di rivederti Chiara!
Wonderful B&B. Clean and comfortable. Excellent location and wonderful host. Chiara's father gave us a wonderful introduction to the city. Would definitely recommend this to others.
We were met by Guido, Chiara's father, who provided a great overview of the apartment and surrounding area. The apartment exceeded our expectations and was a huge hit with the family. We loved everything about it.
