Typical riad in the medina of Marrakech. It can be rented exclusively for holiday with friends or family.
Tastefully decorated, the patio with its pool and its lovely garden terrace and the birds will allow you to rest in peace.

This typical Riad is Ideal for visiting the red town, the gardens, the monuments, the souks and the famous Jemaa El Fna square ...
It's the perfect place to relax, Latifa comes every day to clean. All the linen are provided.
There is the possibility to have a Moroccan traditional meal on request.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
We stayed in this riad with 6 friends in early February and had an amazing time.
It's spacious, it seemed to be able to fit 8 people or 10 if you're with couples that can share the double bed rooms. The roof terrace is great for relaxing in the sun, the patio nice for having a quick meal, there are multiple living rooms, music equipment, three bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, etc. Some cleaning was done by a cleaning lady and a man named Khalid showed us the house, helped us fix a small electrical issue and made us breakfast the first morning (although the breakfast was a bit simple and did not include several items promised to us the day before).
The location is decent, it's in the north side of the medina (non-western) part of Marrakesh, a 15 minute walk to the souqs selling everything from leopard skins to silver teapots to Moroccon art, and maybe 20 minutes from the big and busy main square Jemaa el-Fnaa with snake charmers and rooftop restaurants. Getting to Gueliz in the western part of town (which has more expensive shops and upmarket restaurants as well as McDonalds, Zara, etc.) was further but also possible by foot in about 30 minutes.
One downside of the location is that the neighbourhood is a bit dirty, the kids on the street can seem slightly aggressive and the whole network of little streets and alleys is a complete labyrinth if you're not familiar with it, even getting to a place with taxis can be difficult if you don't know where you're going. People are willing to help you, although the kids who come up to you are pushy and will expect you to pay them some coins for helping you find the way, so better to ask random adults or shop owners (make sure to know some words in French) than following a kid around.
In conclusion, an amazing riad in a busy old part of town. Very good value for the price.
Riad Moussalima is a very charming place in the northern part of the Medina. The Rooms and bathrooms are very nice and clean. There are nice places to sit and a wonderfull rooftop terrasse. The neighbourhood is simple and residential and we didn´t see any tourists there. It takes about 20 Minutes to walk to the Djima al Fna and 15 Minutes to the souks. Khalid will welcome you and is helpfull to arrange things like shuttles. However his "Souk-Tour" is a rush through for a first impression. We had a good time there and enjoyed very much coming home after a long day in the city. I would absolutely recomend this place.
The riad is a very nice place to stay in north of Marrakech medina. The decoration is great and the different rooms are very well equipped with eating and air conditioning. Close to the souks and the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square (10 min walking). In this place you can have a feeling of a truly Marrakech life.
