The Villa is serviced daily, and Breakfast provided. This needs to be observed to make sure that you are being looked after. (this took all of 3 minutes, and on one occasion only on the following morning you arrived, and was not every morning as you suggested). If you found my hosting intrusive then I apologise, but you obviously did not listen to my “pre-amble” when you checked in, and it was clear you did not read the “Welcome Letter” properly. It is most important for us to make you feel welcome. You would have heard there was an option to be totally private.
It also needs to be made very clear that Airbnb do not provide the supplier with the Credit Card information of the guest, and rightfully so. We have “optional extras” that we provide to the guests i.e. Mini-Bar and Tours etc. These can be paid for by Cash or Credit Card if the guest wishes, however; the Credit Card facility is controlled by our Managing Agents, and requires an hour or two notice to arrange. A majority of Airbnb suppliers do not have Credit Card Facility. Since you only discovered that you did not have enough cash to pay the bill, half an hour before you departed (and a very generous offer of complimentary 3 hour late check out at 3pm giving you ample time to get the bill settled) made things very difficult.
