Downtown you will have a very diverse menu from Pizza to wine, great salads at our very own family-operated pizzarea to a 5-star meal, or maybe just a sub from the local sub shop. This is one unique place to experience.

I am the 2nd generation owner of this property. I started building apartments in the historic downtown with my family 12 years ago. I am a single father of two wonderful children. I hope one day they will be the 3rd generation owners. I was born in Tifton, GA but raised in Troy AL. My every day profession is a diesel mechanic and own my own shop in Vienna GA. It has been a lot of fun bringing all our old buildings back to life , re-purposing them to provide a place and an experience for our guest and our family to stay and enjoy the history in each property, its such a joy as no one building is the same. Which makes each one unique in there on way. We cant wait to add another experience for our guest to enjoy.
