The room was pretty much exactly as advertised: a well furnished basement room with private bathroom/shower and separate entrance, and a shared kitchen. The other residents of the house are also Airbnbers or longer term renters. The location was perfect for me: the NJ Transit train station is just across the street and the company I was working at was a short walk down the road.
Bryan actually used our basement in-law suite because there was a house-guest who needed to extend their stay a few days in the actual room we use for Airbnb visitors, so he got an unexpected upgrade. The room advertised here does not have a private entrance and has a shared bathroom.
House is nice. Roo is very cosy. It was exactly as advertised. I was in the house alone most of the time, hence I had a lot of room. Overall experience was very good.
