Our Old School House has a very homey, comfortable feel. The schoolhouse was built in 1850 and was what is now our living and kitchen rooms. They stopped using it as a schoolhouse in the 1950s. Since then, the house has been "bumped out and up". I purchased the schoolhouse in 2012 and just love its history.
We are located West of Ithaca and only 7.1 mi from the downtown Commons.
Pets for those with allergies:
I have a little Schnoodle (hypoallergenic) named Bella and 2 cats...

I love Ithaca! I love gardens! My passion is to garden, digging into our Earth, connecting, watching a seeds sprout, learning how to be one! I'm learning how to grow four seasons in my tunnel house. We have a half acre homestead where we explore growing our own food, building tiny "off the grid" spaces and I make my own soap, Herbs & Soap! I still have a bucket list of travel destinations, Alaska and Scotland but always to return home to the beautiful Finger Lakes of New York! I'm a Seeker, learning about spirit and energy. I love sitting under the stars, drumming around the fire circle. I love meeting new people, sharing, learning and accepting diversity! Ithaca is very eclectic, folks from all over the world have chosen to make Ithaca their home if only for a time, a reason and a season. We provide a warm, friendly atmosphere, hopefully, make you feel like family, making special memories for you to look back on.
