About This Listing
This apartment is ideal for the one that wants to stay on a safe and central location to the main touristic attractions with close access to the bus and subway network. A big and intimidating city as Buenos Aires feels small by staying here.
I started airbnbing in 2012 and I still believe I haven´t decrypted all that I have to learn to become a great host but I'm very happy with what I have achieved so far. None of this wouldn´t be possible without the help of my guests that have guided me into this long learning journey. My intentions are to build a space that you can call "home" and hoping this contributes to make you enjoy a better trip.

The apartment is at walking distance to the best of Palermo & Recoleta: the two most attractive neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. Besides this, the area is well provided by a handy supermarket in the same block and many cafes, bakeries, greengrocers, restaurants, exchange agencies within less than a 3 block radius. There is a lovely Boulevard that starts at 1 block from the apartment and measures 4 pedestrian blocks full of restaurants, bars, ice-cream stores and coffee stores that ends on a very charming church called Guadalupe. The area is extremely safe to walk during day and night so you can safely enjoy all day long!
You will enjoy from having an excellent access to the public transport network of buses and mostly the subway which is by far the fastest, easiest, and convenient way to trip the city. I also provide you with a public transport card to use on every bus, subway and train to avoid you carrying coins that are hard to get here. You can also pick a bike for free from the public bike station at only 5 blocks from the flat and explore with joy all the great areas of Palermo and Recoleta at your will. For the ones that have a car you also have a parking garage in the same block of the building. For those who love shopping the most popular Shopping Mall in town (Alto Palermo) is at only 3 blocks.
Other Things to Note
My check-in is at anytime after 2pm but if by the time you arrive there is no one checking out then you will be able to check-in at anytime you want at no additional cost. My check-out is at anytime before 10am. If you have a late departure you can always drop your luggage at my home at anytime until the time you want or you can book the following night to lock it and check out as late as you want.
The apartment is delivered clean and tidy. For stays of 8 to 14 nights you get one extra cleaning session and for stays longer than 14 nights you get two. Extra cleaning sessions are free of charge and we can arrange to make them when it suits you best.
LINENS AND TOWELS
You will be provided with linens and towels for your stay that are replaced on the cleaning service. If you are a makeup lover, I will gentily ask you to bring a makeup removal or your own hand towel to avoid damaging the ones at the apartment. There are several type of makeups that are impossible to remove from towels (or pillow covers) even after several washes.
PRICING & CURRENCY SETTINGS
Once you place your travel dates Airbnb will show you the final amount you will have to pay for your whole stay and you don´t need to pay anything else at check-in time. The currency on which the price is expressed depends on how the site is configured on you browsing session and might default to the one at your geographical location. So for instance if you are on Brasil price might be expressed in reais. You can customized the site to your desirable language and currency from a limited list (not all currencies are available). I suggest you to follow the Help section of the site to better understand how the payment process works.
There is a button in the listing´s page named "Contact Host" that is the one you need to use to get in touch with me and wipe out any doubt you might have before booking. On the desktop version the button is almost reaching the end of the page, and on the mobile version the button is in fact a red link placed after my profile picture.

My experience at Flor's apartment was absolutely wonderful! From the beginning to the end, Flor was exceptional with communicating. She was always quick to respond, and provided me with very detailed information prior to arriving. Flor's husband met me at the apartment and went over all the details of the place, and really took the time to explain the area. Speaking of the area, it is the perfect location! Right in the center of it all. You're in a great neighborhood, which gives you the "local" feel, but super close to the sights downtown. Highly recommend this apartment!! Thank you, Flor!
Buenos Aires was beautiful, fun and awesome!! We played tourist while in the city. Flor was such a gracious host. She provided maps, tips and even her personal number in case we needed anything while we were out and about. Her apartment was clean and had just the perfect amenities for the 8 days we were there. When I come back, I will definitely try to stay at Flor's apartment again!!! Gracias por todo Flor!!
Florencia is lovely! She is super friendly and extremely efficient with her communications. She made us feel extremely welcome. And the flat is as gorgeous as you can see in the pictures. It overlooks the back of the street, so it is extremely peaceful. You will have everything you need, and more!, in the flat. The location is superb! I cannot recommend this flat more emphatically. Great place to stay. We will be back! Gracias, Flor!
The Amazing Apartment in Recoleta is truly amazing. The location very good, few blocks from two subway stops, only one blog from a grocery store. Few minutes from very good restaurants (some of them were suggested by Florencia), shops, bars etc.
The unit was very clean, comfortable. The owners paid a lot of attention to details and for the wellbeing of their guests. I highly recommend this place for your next stay in BA.
