Guest Access

Our guests will have access to all the house, the kitchen, the garden, the living room, the roof terrace, all the little terraces around the B&B, the parking lots for free, etc..

Interaction with Guests

We love to interact with our guests, we prepare the breakfast by ourselves everyday and ask our guests for any special wishes for breakfast.
We like a lot to talk with them about their and our travel experiences.

The Neighborhood

What we love from our neighborhood? It is so green! we have a big park just 5 meters in front of our house, and there are other 4 parks in 3 minutes walking distance. We are so close to the center of cancun but at the same time it is really quiet and safe. In this neighborhood you will find only houses and it has a very high life quality. You can go jogging right next to the B&B and you can reach also the nearest beach .

Getting around

Getting around: After 8 minutes walking you will reach the central bus station, thats where you arrive from the airport or where you can take a bus to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Mérida, Valladolid, Chichen-Itza or even Mexico City :-) From the main street next to it you can take all the public transport that goes to the hotel zone, where all the beaches are, they stop every 3 mins. From there you can also take a bus or a taxi to go to the harbour and take the ferry to Isla Mujeres

Other Things to Note

  • Nice, friendly place, awesome hosts.
We stayed at Casa Ana & Hector for 1 day. Ana & Hector are great, we felt at home from the first minute.
The room was clean and had the facilities we needed (air con, fridge, cooker etc).
The location was perfect for what we wanted, pretty close from the ADO station and really quiet.
    Will go there again!

  • We had a lovely stay with Ana and Hector! They made us feel very much at home and we were quite comfortable. Their house is charming, the neighborhood is quaint and quiet, and Ana's chilaquiles were the best we had the whole time we were in Mexico! Ana was also extremely prompt with her communications while we were setting up the reservation, which was super convenient and appreciated.

  • Ana & Hector made our stay in Cancun so pleasant. They gave us great instructions to get to the bus stop and were genuinely interested in hearing about our travels.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and loved the breakfast.
The neighbours dogs were a bit noisy at night, but we managed to sleep through their barking.

  • If you plan to visit Cancún and experience an authentic Mexican hospitality, you should try this beautiful and cozy B&B, during Eastern we had the chance to stay at Casa Naranja B&B, managed by Ana & Hector, this B&B has everything you need to stay comfortable. Located in Bonampak Avenue, Casa Naranja offers an ideal location to plan all your activities, only 10 minutes’ walk ( if you want to explore around) or by taxi you can move around easily to the Bus stations that will connect you to the famous Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Cancun Beaches or you can visit Isla Mujeres.

The place is great, the living room is quite and cozy, the music is relaxing, at your arrival you will feel at home …really!!.

The room is perfectly neat with fan and A/C, it counts with a closet and cable TV, a king size bed so comfortable where you will sleep and get ready for the next day.

A delicious 100% Mexican breakfast is going to be ready at the dining room, Chilaquiles are delicious, Anna is a great cooker :)

Ana & Hector gave us directions, and advises about how to coordinate our activities, they were amazingly kind with us, they have so many attentions and special details, during this Birthday trip.

We´ll never forget our first visit to Cancún and we can´t wait to return and share again with Ana & Hector.

  • Our time with Ana and Hector was short but wonderful. Ana is the consummate hostess, serving a beautiful breakfast and telling us all we needed to know about the neighbourhood, dining places, keys for the property, etc. I only wish we had been there longer! Thanks again!

  • Ana and Hector are lovely! My husband and I enjoyed staying in their tastefully decorated house. Ana has several souvenirs from all over the world which made for very interesting conversations. Also, Ana's breakfast deserves a special mention - we are both vegetarian and Ana went out of her way to prepare a hearty breakfast each morning. Thank you Ana and Hector!

  • Anna and Hector welcomed us into their lovely home as if we were family. We were pleased with the comfortable bed, large quiet room, and clean bathroom.
The substantial freshly cooked breakfasts and tropical fruit were a welcome treat and sustained us until late in the day. The location, a few blocks from the central bus station, many local buses, and a major grocery store was very convenient and enabled us to easily reach and spend time at local attractions. Do not miss el Museo Mayo and la Playa Delfines, an easy bus ride away.
We would definitely recommend la Casa Naranja!

  • Ana and Hector were delightful and very helpful hosts. The room we had was well set-up and carefully thought out for the benefit of their guests. Since the tap water in Cancun is not safe to drink Ana provided a pitcher of water along with two glasses for drinking and brushing our teeth. This was in addition to the mugs, coffee pot and coffee & tea fixings she had for us in the room. She also made sure we knew where to refill our pitcher in the kitchen and encouraged us to use their water to refill our water bottles before we went out each day. They also helped us with finding a less expensive option to tour Chichen Itza and some great restaurants. They were both very gracious about answering our questions about Cancun and Mexico. Although we were sharing the bathroom with another guest it was never a problem and there is a half-bath on the ground floor. AND then there were the wonderful Mexican breakfasts that Ana cooked each morning. In fact, when we left at 06:30am for our tour Ana had packed us a lunch since we would miss breakfast that day; which we never expected of her. We never got to enjoy sitting on the roof terrace or using the hammock, perhaps next time. The neighborhood felt very safe, even walking back at night, and taxis and buses were easily accessible.
The only surprise was that the room is upstairs. But the stairs were very easy to navigate and they even helped with our bags.

Hola! We Ana & Hector live in the paradise of Cancun, we arrived here in 1974, when it was a small fishers village without big hotels and have experienced the evolution of the city until now. We love to go to the beach, work in our house and garden and enjoy being with our family and grand children. We opened our small and cozy B&B in October 2010 and we just love it to meet people from all around the world and have nice conversations with each of our guests. We also love to travel and try to see a new place every year. Our favorite travel destinations are Germany, Spain, France, Turkey, Switzerland and the USA. When we travel we like to meet the local people, talk with them, eat the typical dishes and simply connect with their culture.
