The apartment is on the top floor of one of Dublin's most historic and beautiful Victorian red brick buildings. Located right in the city centre just a 1 minute walk from Grafton Street and perhaps 3 minutes from Trinity College, St Stephen's Green, and Temple Bar. You walk downstairs and you are immediately in the hub bub of Dublin's upmarket, trendy but elegant South Side.
The guest room is a comfortable size with a heavenly bed with 100% cotton linen, feather pillows and a down duvet. While the bathroom is shared it is sparkling clean with a lovely shower, fresh towels and lots of hot water. (Hairdryer, adaptors and chargers are available.)

There is a small but very well equipped kitchen which is available for our guests to use. There is a washing machine but no dryer. There is however a very efficient laundrette just around the corner that does service washes. Ironing board and iron available.
We have a large screen for movie nights if you come back after a long day's site seeing and want a quiet night in.
It is important to mention that we are located up 3 flights of stairs and as the apartment is in an old charismatic building there is no lift. I couldn't be so spoilt ! The room was neat, the flat charming and clean, and the hosts were fantastic!it is my first experience with air band b, but not the last! ...but shall I find the same level that is the question?
Only little dark point: Irish love to go out and the bar in the street doesn't shut before 2, so bring some ears plugs
We had a lovely stay with Victoria and Frank. Their location is very central, so it is great for getting around, but it can be noisy at night since there are a few popular pubs close by (Victoria has ear plugs handy if that would bother you, though we found we did not need them). Victoria was always keen to make sure we had what we needed and she had lots of useful local knowledge. They were laid-back, attentive, and very easy to talk to and get along with. We would be very happy to stay there again.
We loved Victoria and her apartment. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable and gave us some great tips on the best places to go in Dublin. The flat was perfectly located right in the middle of everything. We Airbnb a lot and this place has been by far the best!
Victoria provided a great and personal welcome to her lovely, comfortable flat. The setting is really central and minutes'walk from anywhere you'd want to go in Dublin. It's a little reservoir of calm in downtown!
I am so happy to have chosen to stay at Victoria's apartment. Best location in Dublin for walking around and discovering the city, great coffee shops and restaurants just around the corner, as is Trinity, Grafton St and parks.
The room is comfy and the apartment tastefully decorated. Victoria is very sweet! I felt welcome from the start, helping me with my bag as there is no lift to the 3rd floor. Hope to be back soon and stay here again ;)
Victoria has been living in Dublin for a number of years. She finds Dublin a fabulously social place with truly friendly people and a real village feel. Victoria loves to travel, cook and read. She is also a keen kitesurfer and climber. She loves meeting people from different parts of the world and to share, in a small way, their travel adventure.
