Cozy spacious 1 bedroom apt located at the bottom of a 2 family home. 15-20 min from times square & grand central. Work in progress but a perfect stay for couples/friends visiting NYC. Only 3-4 blocks from the train station but located conveniently in front a bus station that takes you to Williamsburg, Brooklyn. 1 mile radius from restaurants, stores, supermarket, laundry, gym, 24-hr rite aid & more
