Check In
  • Michele (email hidden), very helpful and full of tips and information about Rome. He was at the apartment when we arrived and made sure to let us know we could contact him anytime if we had any questions. He also arranged our transportation back to the airport. Trastevere was a wonderful area to stay as well. Restaurants were less expensive and the locals were more than accommodating to me and my family. I would definitely stay here again if I ever had the opportunity to return to Rome.

  • We had a great experience with Michele, he was very helpful, allowed us early check in, and stored our luggage in the attic since we had a late flight. Four of us- 2 couples- stayed for 4 nights. We chose the apartment due to its 2 bathrooms. Each has a shower and toilet. This was very helpful, but the smaller bathroom has a "very sensitive" toilet, which apparently may not flush fully. Out of fear of the consequences, we didn't use that toilet, which was disappointing, as we really wanted 2 well-functioning toilets- but that was the only downside of the apartment. The bedrooms were small but comfortable. The apartment good great natural light. We slept well, the apartment is far enough off the street that you don't hear much street noise. The kitchen was tiny- we didn't try to cook- but seems sufficient for basics. Also, the apartment was very clean.
It's in a great area- Trastevere- but not too close to the very touristy parts. There is a local cafe right downstairs, and a fantastic cafe/bakery a 5 minute walk- Compagnia del Pane- have their coffee!
The apartment was a great home base to explore Rome by foot. We would definitely return and stay there again.

    Response from Michele:

Dear Shelly, I am sorry if you did not used the second toilet, at your check out I found it clean and functional.
When your checked in I only advice you to do not use too much toilet paper and I did not want you to scare you at all in using it!! Sorry for missuderstanding each other.

  • The flat delivers what is promised and was a very good starting point for exploring Rome with our family of five. Michele's flat provides everything you need for a family with two kids and a baby for a week in Rome, and Trastevere is just the right neighborhood with the right balance of quietness and all the infrastructure you need (including an abundance of restaurants and cafes)

  • Absolutely outstanding! I share the sentiments of all the other reviews. Michele (email hidden)-most attentive, responsive and helpful. Plus he is a great guy. The Trastevere apartment is a perfect location, right on the Linea #8 line and the Number 3 bus line. These get you to all the public transport you need. Plus, you can use the FR1 commuter train from Fiumicino airport to the Trastevere stop, which is faster, quicker and cheaper than the high speed train to Termini. Then it is a short cab trip (8 EU) to the apartment. I will recommend Michele to everyone without reservation. Lastly he is so much fun because he is so, so Italian.

  • This was the first time we used Air BNB and we were not disappointed. Michele's service was second to none. He also arranged transport for us and it was brilliant.
Location - brilliant. Tram stop is directly across the road and it also gives you perfect access to discovering Trastevere which is by far the best neighbourhood in Rome.
Apartment - was clean, modern and had plenty of space.

  • Me and my grandmother felt like princess staying here! it is a really big, luxery apartment. Michele had preperd everything, every part was well organized. A really good thing was that when we arrived he showed us the whole flat, where every things was, so when we needed something, we knowed where we could find it directly. The apartment had everything we needed, and I liked that it was two bathrooms. It was very clean and it felt very new. New modern stile. And also not forget, very quiet place, so we sleeped good every night. We can recommend others to book this apartment also, we have honestly nothing negativ to say. I give it 5 star!

  • Michele was an excellent host. Very informative and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. for him. The flat itself is exactly as it looks like in the photos. A tram ride away from the Centre - but we appreciated to get back to somewhere quiet after a day of touring in a very big and busy city. We will recommend this flat to our friends.

  • The flat is great! We truly recommend it. It's very well located, in the trendy Trastevere, but just a little off the main track so it's very quiet, also just outside the tram stop; 5 stops and you're in piazza Venezia.
The flat itself has just been done up, it is clean and super convenient, large beds, two bathrooms and everything you need in the kitchen. Plus, very important in summer it is well air conditioned.
    We're telling all our friends...
The coffee just under the flat is tasty.. we only found that out on our last day.
The flea market on Sunday is walking distance.
Great takeaway pizza, pasta, home cooking on S.Francisco 37 just up the road and to the left.
Great bread on via del Moro
    Ice cream LUNA in Trastevere
And last Michele is great, efficient, helpful and fun! Enjoy!

  • This was a perfect flat! Great location - out of the hustle and bustle of Trastevere, but only a few minutes walk to the center of everything. (Even exploring throughout most of Rome without public transportation from this apartment was really do-able.) Michele was an awesome host (arriving a few minutes before our scheduled time to meet at the flat, giving great recommendations for the area, bringing us anything we needed, etc.) The apartment looks as good (or better) than the photos - and all amenities were as promised (AC & wifi worked great and we had more than we needed in the well-appointed kitchen.) When I return to Rome, I plan to stay here again!

My family is in Tourism business since 1968 and our passion is still strong. My goal is to improve year by year my services and to collaborate with all our customers to better organize their journey in the properties located in the heart of Rome. The difference between me and my competitor is the seriously in business, the quality of the services, the kindness of my personnel, the availabilities in solving problems linked to the vacation in the flats. My catchword is “ THE ART OF HOSPITALITY”
