The space
"The Waterhouse" is a gorgeous three storey, 5000 plus sq ft custom designed beach house with 11 foot ceilings on the main floor and spectacular waterfront views from the kitchen, dining room, living room with sliding doors to large upper and lower water front decks for outdoor barbequing and for outdoor dining.

On the second floor, enjoy a spectacular view of the water from the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with sliding glass doors to a private deck. Then be amazed at the fourth level access to an upper roof deck for private sunbathing. Take in the incredible watercolours of Georgian Bay that change both with the day and with the seasons.

Ground Floor media room with walkout to a spacious deck leading to a large sandy area with a fire pit. Great place for private campfires and fireworks. Crystal clear water for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, wind surfing, and paddle boarding.
