🏋️ Home Gym Access (By Request Only):
While separate from the guest unit, a home gym is located on the same property. To maintain safety and privacy, access is not guaranteed and is strictly subject to the following rules:
Waiver Required: A signed liability waiver must be completed and approved prior to access.
Scheduled Time Slots: This is a shared space. Guests must request and be assigned a specific, limited time slot in advance to use the facilities.
Please note: Gym access is a complimentary amenity and may be restricted based on availability.

📺 TV & Streaming:
Both the living room and bedroom feature TVs equipped with an HD antenna for basic local channels. While cable is not provided, both TVs are hooked up with streaming devices (Xbox One S / Roku) so you can easily log into your personal Netflix, Hulu, or YouTube accounts.
🛡️ Safety & Security:
For your safety and the security of the property, please note that there are active security cameras monitoring the exterior premises and parking areas 24/7. There are absolutely no cameras inside the private guest unit.
⚠️ Strict House Rules & Penalties:
To maintain a safe, clean, and high-quality space for everyone, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for the following:
🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Guests may smoke only inside their personal vehicle or outside in the designated parking area. Anyone violating this rule will be checked out immediately without a refund and assessed a $500 penalty fee.
🛑 No Parties or Events: We have a strict zero-party policy. Large gatherings, excessively loud music, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
🔥 No Open Flames: No candles, incense, or open flames of any kind are allowed inside.
🚽 Plumbing Care: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. This includes "flushable" wipes, which severely damage the plumbing system.
🐾 No Pets: This is a completely pet-free property.
👥 No Unapproved Guests: Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay on the property unless otherwise discussed and approved by host.
