On a quiet street, 4-bedroom Victorian; 3 rms feature queen size beds, 1 rm has two full size beds. 2 shared bathrooms. 3 single beds on sleeping porch handles summer overflow. daybed/trundle in parlor available. Great place for family reunions and retreats.

The space
This beautiful house is shaded by a huge variety of trees. Once the home of a master quilter, it retains her decorating touches. Lots of antiques, hand-crafted furniture, and displays of handmade quilts grace the interior.

The prices are based on individual room rates of $85+tax ($89) per night. This is based on double occupancy. Some rooms are large enough that a small cot can be set up in the room, in which case we will charge an additional $10.

Guest access
In addition to their bedroom guests have access to common areas: living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry (if needed), front porch, yard. Possible access to refrigerator. Wifi available.

During your stay
Interaction with guests is primarily at check in, breakfast and check out. But we like to visit if we all have time and if you are so inclined.

Other things to note
The semi circle driveway goes around to the back of the house and the easiest access to the house is actually the back door. The front door is very rarely used. Park where it is convenient for you, but try not to block other guests in.
