The space
We have been renting our home out for over 2 years now. We have had over 70-5 star reviews and are Super Hosts. We’d love for you to choose our home. You will not be disappointed! We have a ranch house with 3 bedrooms. We have 2 fabulous rooms ideal for 2 couples & a 3rd bedroom with bunks that will hold 6 kiddos! You will feel as if you are in a home away from home.

*Master has a KING BED & a QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA & BATHROOM WITH SHOWER,
*Second bedroom has a QUEEN BED,
*3rd Bedroom has DOUBLE & TWIN BUNK BEDS (will sleep 6),
*There is another FULL BATH in the hallway just before the other two bedrooms. It has a bathtub/shower combo,
*Living room has a QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA.
**Bedrooms sleep 10, but with 2 queen sleeper sofas, the house sleeps up to 14!
*Each bedroom is equipped w/CHARGING STATIONS on each night stand for your convenience.
*PACK 'N PLAY & booster seat available

*Game room has a big screen TV w/HOOKUPS FOR YOUR GAMING SYSTEM

This house is conveniently located less than 10 minutes to Beaver Lake’s Prairie Creek marina, is within a mile of downtown Rogers’ local restaurants, breweries, & shops. Tons of local bike & hiking trails are only minutes away. We feel we have a perfect location for all your needs in & around Rogers.

*We are DOG friendly with a fenced in yard where we provide bags for you to dispose of your dog’s waste. As most guests do a wonderful job taking care of our home, we prefer not to charge a deposit up front. **However, as one person can ruin the guest experience for everyone **there will be a $40 fine ** for failing to pick up your pet’s waste. Thank you for keeping our space clean for everyone to enjoy.

People come to this area for Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, fishing, the vast amounts of hiking and biking trails, Crystal Bridges museum & trails, craft fairs, the War Eagle Mill & caverns, Razorback seasons, & more!
Our home is family friendly ideal for 2 families to come together, or big groups of families & friends.
We are DOG friendly and have bags in a kitchen cupboard for convenient cleanup.

This home has been in our family for 40 years. My brothers & I grew up visiting Rogers in the summers & for the Sharp Show fair seasons. We purchased our family’s home to visit together & decided we wanted to share it with big/small groups who come to the area.
