A private oasis in Sagaponack North. Nestled among trees on a large property & located three miles from Sagg Main beach & the charming town of Sag Harbor. Less than a mile from the property you'll find wine tastings at Wolffer Vineyard, a golf range and wildlife reserves. Nearby you will find Art galleries/museums of Bridgehampton with backroad access to bay and beach.

The pool is the center of a beautiful backyard.

The space
This home is a traditional cedar design. There is easy flow between kitchen, dining and living area, with light hardwood flooring and plenty of natural light from windows in every room. With a color palette of white, the house has a cozy style.

The kitchen has an island and stainless-steel appliances. A wood-burning fireplace is the focal point for the living room, with comfortable couches and accent chairs. The living area and the dining area, which seats six, share high ceilings and sky lights. Easy to get comfortable while looking at the beautiful backyard.

With three relaxing bedrooms the house comfortably sleeps six people.

Three sets of doors lead to the back porch, which is a great space for enjoying an evening cocktail or using the salt water hot tub outdoors while listening to music on the indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system.

The salt water pool is the center of a beautiful backyard. There is lots of natural seating around the pools wooden deck and a fire pit with natural peconic white stones in the yard for maximum rest and relaxation. The backyards lush trees and shrubbery surround the house to ensure peaceful solitude. An open air outdoor cedar shower for a continued feeling of being one with nature makes for a great start or end to the day.

The property is located on a quiet street a short distance from Sagg Main beach, Wolffer Vineyard, Sagaponack Distillery, Bridgehampton Main street, and the charming town of Sag Harbor. The location allows you to travel beach to bay and Sag Harbor to Bridgehampton on the back roads.

Take a quick ride to the beach to watch the stunning sunsets and enjoy the sand, sun and waves. For days not spent on the beach, there are endless day time activities for everyone in your group. For the adventurous, take a stand-up boarding class on Georgica Pond, bike to the historic village of Sag Harbor or hike behind our home on the Long Pond Greenbelt Preserve. For the "foodies," head to the wonderful restaurants on Main Street. For the romantics, sip a summer cocktail at the Le Billboquet or
Pierre's or listen to live music at Baron's Cove or take a drive out to Amagansett and have lunch at the roadside Clam Bar. And there is always a Montauk fishing trip on a private charter or the Lazy Bones or water taxi from Sag Harbor to SunSet Beach in Shelter Island. For the Artists, hit up the new Parish Art Museum or walk the street galleries.

I am originally from California and grew up watching the waves crash in San Francisco, Santa Cruz and Half Moon Bay. My brothers and sisters and I would run around and play in the sand but we never got "in" because it was too cold.

It wasn't until my 30s that I discovered NY beaches. When it comes to the East End of Long Island, I truly enjoy the beauty that comes with connecting with nature. I enjoy grabbing my stand up board and going to Long Beach (in Sag Harbor) at sunset. I am rejuvenated when I jump on my bike and end up at Peter's Pond for a swim or catch a rare glimpse of a whale breaching. I also love hiking the Long Island Greenbelt and taking a fishing trip in Montauk. These moments help me reconnect and recharge from my hectic life.

I, along with my better half, love sharing our beautiful beach home with others. We enjoy traveling and doing our part in our day-to-day work to make this world a fair, equitable, and better place.
