This historic apartment is on the entire top floor of the Wild Building located on the east side the Old Town Square in downtown Noblesville, which is a 30-35 minute drive to Lucas Oil Stadium. The apartment overlooks the beautiful historic Old Hamilton County Courthouse.
Built in 1880, this apartment has 12 foot high ceilings, skylights, and modern amities with the historic ambiance maintained throughout.
This one bedroom (queen bed), one bath of a two bedroom apartment is perfect for one or two people. You will have the exclusive use of the family/media room, dining room, living room, and kitchen. While the pictures are a good representation, this historic apartment should be viewed in person to fully appreciate its uniqueness.
The living room has a working gas fireplace surrounded by priceless ceramic tiles from the turn of the century.
The dining room seats 8 in case you want to entertain.
The family/media room has a 46 inch flat screen high definition TV with cable, and a library of over 100 DVD movies for your entertainment. There is also Wi-Fi access throughout the apartment.
Each room has a beautiful hanging brass chandelier with dimmer controls.
The kitchen is fully furnished to please any gourmet cook.
Throughout the apartment the walls are adorned with many original pieces of artwork and prints by artists such as Salvador Dali, Robert Wood, and Ansel Adams.
The owner/chef will prepare a gourmet breakfast for two each morning.
There are several fine restaurants within walking distance.
There is private parking for one car behind the building.
Clean linens, towels, and daily maid service is provided.
The owner will also personally drive you to and from Lucas Oil Stadium on game day so you can avoid the hassles and high cost of parking in downtown Indianapolis.
$450 per night, 3 night minimum with a $500 refundable security deposit. ½ due upon reservation and ½ due 48 hours before arrival. Credit or debit card. Sorry, no smoking or pets.
