House: Our house was recently built. It has more than 400 square meters of built area. There are 4 suites, one with hot tub and balcony with hammock and pool view, all suites equipped with inverter type air conditioning (economical) and smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime available, plus a maid dependency with suite and fan.
