Hosts are a nice couple, very much a family affair. Heart of champagne, very nice if you like rustic farm atmosphere.

This is new for us to have negative remarks on our just newly redone bathroom The window just lets the light through that is all it does. Sorry for the cleaning which wasn't perfect ? Checked at arriving or later because after your leaving it was a real mess; wine spoiled on many places for example Please look for a cheap hotel somewhere next time.

This b&b was much more than I expected - in addition to the lovely morning breakfast, the b&b is also on site with a small restaurant/bar and artisan store! Music was enjoyed in the courtyard outside our room. Friendly hosts, very welcoming. In the middle of a village with all you need - store, restaurant, outdoor space etc. Be aware that the pictures may not match up with your exact room, and that wifi will not reach your room if you are in the attached cottage - so this may not be Ideal for those needing constant internet access for work, etc. Overall, a wonderful getaway and I would definitely recommend!

We were welcome by the hosts and they were very accommodating in changing the rooms around so we could have a family room (on Air BnB it doesn't specify a room so we thought we had booked this one). The room (Lavendar) was spacious, clean and comfortable with antique and beautiful furniture. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were brilliant in giving us tips for restaurants and things to do. On our second night all the local restaurants were closed so they provided us with a meal (at an extra charge) which was simple but delicious. The kids loved running around the barnyard with the pond and quirky pieces from the shop. We stayed again on our way home, this time in the two separate rooms which were both clean and comfortable. This is a lovely village with a small playpark for kids, a great pizzeria and a rather mediocre reataurant with rather strange ideas about food combinations (just go to the pizza place). It is a quick journey to Reims and there are local champagne caves although we only managed to drink the bottles that the hosta provided! Would highly recommend it and will be going back to stay the next time we drive through France.

It was joy to have you with us and happy to know it was all fine The water in bottles is an extra and there is more if people ask for it but know that the tapwater is very good and drinkable also. Looking forward already to host you next time Anne & Menno la-grange-en-champagne

Lovely place to stay on our journey down to the south of France, they have a beautiful large courtyard & served welcoming drinks on arrival. It is right in the center of the charming & quiet village with historic chapel next door and 2 restaurants very close - the French restaurant was the best restaurant meal we have on our entire holiday. I would highly recommend it and we will certainly go back there on our next journey to the south.

I like to travel and to be with people enjoying themselves. To make long walks in the nature, to work hard, to look films, to read books and magazines, to cook and to eat, to renovate furniture and houses, organizing events as concerts and big meals are some of my hobbies and favorite occupations. I'm involved in some humanitarian projects in Eastern Europe and in Africa. I like to inspire and to train leaders and relational active people and to do so I travel and live real adventures.
