Armando's place is in a really fun part of town. We had a great time and Armando recommended us some places to eat/drink in the area and organized our taxi for early morning flight. The room is big and bright - its a good place to stay, especially if you want to escape the tourist areas.
Lovely two-bed private room. Armando's girlfriend hosted us; she was very nice and answered all our questions. Armando was also very responsive before and during our stay. He was very accommodating and helped us with some travel logistics.
Apartment is between two metro lines so we found it easier to walk. It's around 20 mins from Termini station. There's a grocery store down the block and lots of restaurants nearby.
There are two bedrooms in the apartment so there will most likely be another guest, but we had our own bathroom. Pictures accurately depict apartment. Apartment is very clean and there's air conditioning in the bedroom which is amazing for the hot summer months. Kitchen had some basic food for breakfast though we bought groceries to supplement. Bathroom was very nice and pretty spacious. We were given towels to use and could use the washer free of charge, both of which were nice perks. There is wifi, but we had trouble getting consistent connectivity. One thing to note is that there's a tourist tax in Rome of 2 Euros per guest per night paid in cash before check out.
Overall, great bed-and-breakfast place and would stay here again!
A very comfortable apartment in a lively part of Rome! Armando is very helpful, very precise, and a thoughtful host. We very much enjoyed our stay, however, it should be noted that the kitchen cannot be used by guests, though it was advertised as being available. That said, we are very grateful to Armando for his help and diligence.

Very good location in the non-touristy San Lorenzo. Near the University, so many cheap bars and restaurants. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast wasn't so plentiful, but there's a supermarket right next door.
Armando - a very nice young man. We got everything we needed. The room is spacious and clean. It was a bit noisy in the mornings. The apartment is located a little further from the center than we expected, but if you are young, energetic and possess the Italian language, this apartment is for you.
