Neighborhood highlights

We are situated on the North coast of the Island, within 5 mins of both major car ferries, it is really easy to get to by car, taxi or by bike, and we have plenty of parking, and safe places to put your bikes.

We are in a great location on the edge of the village of Wootton, where there are shops - mini Tesco, pharmacy, petrol, Majestic, etc ! It is just 3 mins drive to the High Street.

We are also only about a 7 min drive down to East Cowes, where there is a Waitrose. And 4 mins from a lovely farmshop with cafe/restaurant.

So you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere - in lovely rural peace and quiet - but you are really not far from civilisation at all ! And it is really safe round here too.

And it's a great starting point for visiting places all over the Island , where there is a huge variety of things to do for all ages and preferences ! We can send you our special recommendations of 'Things To do' and great restaurants to try .

Hi - we are Fiona & Will, we've been living on the beautiful Island for 25 years & just love it ! It proved v popular - & we added a corral of Shepherd Huts, & finally our lovely little Nest treehouse 2 years ago. We look forward to giving you a great holiday !
