  • Lovely, sizable flat in Rome. Close to the train station, Colosseum. Metro a 5m walk and easy to get to Vatican City. Massimo was very accommodating - showed us around the apartment, how to use the kitchen, etc. Like borrowing your college friend's apartment. Bonus- the building has an elevator.

  • I stayed at Massimo's apartment with my husband and our 6 month old daughter on a 6 day trip to Rome.. We were so happy with the apartment and had a great holiday.
The location is great. It's really easy to get to (just 5 minutes walk from Termini station) and there's a shop 2 minutes away for any food, drink, toiletries etc.
We walked to all the main tourist attractions in Rome from the apartment. The Colosseum is particularly close.
The apartment is on the 6th floor so it felt very secure and there's a lift, so no problem with getting our suitcases and buggy up there. There's a nice balcony which was lovely to sit out on in the late afternoon. It is small but you can fit a couple of chairs on there.
Because we had our daughter with us we stayed in each evening and cooked. The kitchen was really well stocked and easy to use.
the apartment felt spacious and it was nicely decorated.
Massimo met us at the apartment when we arrived, He's so friendly and made us feel really welcome. He also recommended places for us to eat and we could easily contact him when we needed to.
I'd definitely recommend staying at Massimo's.

  • I stayed Massimo's house for a short trip about few days ago. He was very supportive and explained how to use all the machines or amenities in his apartment. I think he is really energetic and active person, so my friend and I didn't feel any discomfort even at the first time we checked in. Also, the house was really well-decorated with lots of pictures. It was really impressive. His neighbor was also very helpful and caring person! If you have a chance to stay Massimo's apartment, it really huge~ lucky! I strongly recommend him as a host!

  • This is a darling apartment in a very convenient location. We stayed a week and walked or took the metro everywhere. Massimo was a wonderful host and recommended 2 really great non-touristy restaurants nearby. We were very comfortable and loved living so close to everything.

It's also clean. We liked localisation - everything was close and very nice view from the balcony, The big market with fresh food is just 50m away. • After bouncing a few (website hidden)s back and forth to confirm arrival times, we comenced the short trek from Rome Central Station to Massimo's apartment. 5 minutes later we were at the apartment and greeted by his Neighbour - Massimo was out of town when we arrived. After a quick tour of the apartment, we were left to settle in, and that's what we did for 4 days. We loved the apartment, it's location is brilliant, and what's more, we loved Rome. This is a wonderful place to stay and experience Rome. At the end of our stay, I met Massimo and handed his keys back. Me with limited Italian, and Massimo with limited English didn't detract from the fact that we parted company with smiles on our faces.

  • We has a wonderful time in Rome and one of the reasons was that we were so comfortable in Massimo's apartment. He is a delightful host, very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is well laid out, has tons of light, a nice washing machine, plenty of hot water. The bed and sofa are comfortable. It was a pleasure to return to the apartment after a day of sight seeing. The neighborhood, Esquilino, is centrally located to most things you want to see in Rome. It is a working class neighborhood, not dangerous. Overall, we had an excellent experience in this apartment and would stay here again. There is a good grocer right around the corner for most things. For big shopping you might want to go toward Manzini where there is a really big supermercado.
